Room had questionable red stains on the carpet near the couch. Walls were paper thin. We were put in a room with 2 queens at first instead of the king. Maid rang doorbell and just walked in with no pause to tell her I was changing. All the restaurants are terrible, except the buffet.

The 2 bathrooms!!!

Superb , high quality room. Double bathroom too. Buffet was excellent. Hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the lake.

The electronic key did not work well. We had to have key reprogrammed but still experienced difficulty gettin door open.

Lovely view from our room. Also loved the two bathrooms in our suite.

Calling by cell phone to confirm our reservation, the Harrah's front desk could not find our "booking.com.Online" reservation. The reservation was valid and there, but because the Harrah's front desk employee could not identify it, it caused us over 90 minutes of hassle when we checked in. Kerug coffee makers are in the rooms. We looked for the "pods" to put in the coffee maker. None. We called the front desk and were told they were in the "pay drawer." Nope . . . none in there. We had ordered room service for breakfast, and had hoped to have hot coffee with our breakfast, but the service staff never arrived to bring us the coffee pods (over 1 hour later), so we had breakfast without coffee. We have traveled a lot in our life. When we have a coffeemaker in our rooms, there is usually coffee to accompany it. We have never had to pay for the coffee to put into the coffeemakers in our room. This was a first!!! Very disappointed.

The location was convenient

We were told we had a lake view, but that was a big stretch. I didn't like the employees near the elevators that kept pushing comps on us. The carpeting on stairs leaving the hotel at the southeast corner is awful. Does anyone on your staff even look at this kind of stuff. The hotel was not worth the money we spent.

Large room with sitting area and 2 bathrooms. Very quiet rooms. Nice pool area.

No complimentary coffee in room or wi-fi like most hotels have.

La ubicación es excelente, esta a solo 5 minutos de Heavenly. Dos baños por habitacion.

2 salles de bain dans toutes les chambres. Chambres très spacieuses et propres. Mais Stateline n'est pas la plus jolie ville autour du lake Tahoe. C'est une ville sur la rive sud, avec des casinos pleins les hotels. Il vaut mieux aller sur les rives est et ouest, plus sauvages et typiques.

我们订的是两张大号床的尊贵大号床间，不但能看到湖景，意外收获是有两间卫生间，非常方便，赞！

其实很不喜欢带赌场的酒店，尤其是这么好的风景，赌场的氛围简直是煞风景！

In room internet is charged by the device, not the room, but in fairness it seemed to be covered by the resort charge hat they added daily.

Great price and close to the gondola for Heavenly

The casino atmosphere gets tiresome, but we knew it was a casino. The lack of free wi-fi. I know of no other hotel that charges for wi-fi access. RIdiculous.

Les chambres sont très bien, il faut aimer l'ambiance casino pour apprécier réellement l'hôtel (ce qui est logique)
