located within walking distance from Comcast theater
room in very poor condition. cigarette burns in the blankets and covers, holes in the wall, damaged vents on the ac unit. Television barely worked.
it was a nonsmoking room that smelled like cigars and pipes. the sheets were dirty and had wholes in them lock on door broken. bathrooms were dirty. couldn't even bring myself to take a shower.its been a week and still feel like i have bugs crawling all over me. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY THERE11111111
The place was dirty and old, I eas quoted one price and realized later I was charged $30more. Very disappointing
The location was good.
This hotel was priced way too high for what it is. Upon arrival there was one staff member at the desk and a long line of people waiting to check in, including unhappy customers. The room was dingy, smelled like cigarette smoke and had burn holes in the bedding. Had the price been less then I would say you get what you pay for however that was not the case.
close to highway
everything else about it
Asked for non smoking and was given smoking...not clean rooms
Closeness to the Xfinity Center. Closeness to fast food restaurants.
30 Dollars to park for the weekend of a concert. Our sink was broken. At no point over the weekend did a maid come to make up the room or give new towels. The beds were uncomfortable and the room was musty and dirty. Moreover the place is crumbling and desperately needs some paint and renovations. The only reason I stayed here was for the tailgating before the Dave Matthews Band Concerts.
I liked the large room size and proximity to highway.
I didn't like many things. The exterior and grounds need maintenance and upkeep. The staff threatened to tow a visitors car even though the parking lot was 95% empty. Apparently they have a problem with people parking in their lot for the nearby music arena, but they shouldn't make that a problem for their guests and guests' visitors. Had asked for early check in at 11 or noon, and got permission two days in advance. Upon arrival was told no rooms would be clean until normal check in time of 2pm. The cleaning staff would call when they finished, again not my problem. Why weren't they instructed to finish one room? The room was a nice size but with very dated bedding, very worn dresser and big old clunky TV. Some TV channels of big media networks had no audio. Bathroom sink leaked all over counter and floor. I would not return.
-Sheets & blanket were dirty with coffee stains and had a terrible odor. -The bathtub had several stains and a large crack was sloppily filled with dirty white filler material -Super dangerous neighborhood with drug dealing & sex in cars going on all night. -County jails are much cleaner & safer!
Staff is helpful and good location.
Dirty look. Sheets are old and smells. My car also got towed.
Bed was great!!!
A bit seedy outside....
Near the high way
Very dirty and over priced would have been better off at a motel 6. It's basically a drug motel
Really nothing. Location was okay to the businesses that I contacted.
Hot water took too long to come on. No table or chairs to work or sit on. Bed was very uncomfortable for a King.
Convenient to freeway. Bathroom clean.
Carpet was dirty and not well vacummed if at all. Room was noisy, mostly from someone elses TV. Later realized there was a police sub-station in the lobby area....makes one wonder about the location.
wifi is not so good.
I liked the staff, Wi-Fi, and
The sheets and limited facilities
The room did not have any chairs. Creepy people around the hotel and staying in the hotel. Dirty. Old. Not recommended to anyone. Btw, we are not too demanding at all.
the convenience to Hartford the value for the money
the place was dirty bugs in the bed I had to sleep in a chair
smells like smoking room, no shampoo, mold on ceiling, dirty carpets
It was the cheapest I could find. Very good pressure in the shower, nice hot water, free wifi (but really slow), a fee hangers to hang clothes..
Thin walls, funky smelling sheets (looked clean but had a faint sweat odor coming from them), and just seemed like it was a very dangerous part of town. (At night the receptionist sits behind a glass screen and you pay her through a slot, like in a bank). I didn't feel safe at all, would not stay there again (of course, this is not the owner's fault).
Vastly misleading 3 Star Rating!!!!
The only thing I liked was the location
For the price it was a good value, but I heard something sound like it was leaking all night.
The woman at the front desk was really nice. Otherwise... you get what you pay for. And absolutely nothing more.
Nothing ( maybe the price)
Everything....front door security locks were broken or did not exist. Non-smoking room smelled of cig smoke. Carpet was dirty and in horrible condition. Bathroom sink stopper was broken and would not close. Person at the check in desk was not trained properly because I could not use a credit card to pay, I had to use cash. Did not feel comfortable or safe ( secure ) at all while in the room.
