That they were restaurants near by
The cleanliness of the facilities and the fact that the staff messed up my room although I booked it in advanced I still had to wait for a room to be given because none wasn't clean
The only thing I Iiked is the price everything else was horrible in the motel .
Room being very dirty, internet was not working even when I talked the hotel, they need to get internet on every floor
Only a few miles from hospital
I liked how the key entry worked . That is all .
Dirty . Filthy . Carpets looked like they have not been cleaned in years . Bathroom, counters, chairs, heaters were all disgusting . I want my miney back !!
it was cheap.
noise of traffic and next door neighbors. holes in the sheets. trash on floor.
Location to concert venue and restaurantss, comfortable bed, shower worked well, TV was fine, ree parking right in front made it very convenient. Adjacent to fast food if desired until 4 AM.
Needs to be upgraded- new carpet especially. The towels were threadbare, no ice, no other amenities were visable or mentioned. Sign on checkin window -"You have 10 min after check in to deside if you want to cancel your room".
Close to downtown Hartford
Room wasn't in the best condition ,cigarette holes in the bed sheets
Convenient to Highway
Sheets were stained, bathroom was moldy no towels except face towels noise all around people revving there cars all through night very bad experience.
It was a good price, they had a vacancy at the last minute, the actual bed sheets were clean and obviously changed. The room was spacious, we had enough room to put up a pack n play. The staff was friendly and helpful. The shower had great water pressure and the water was hot (if you could get over the lack of cleanliness)
The room was dirty (there was used soap in the shower, random garbage left in the shower drain, the bedspreads were stained) the wireless internet was non-existent if not in the lobby and the other guests were loud late at night and the area seemed a little sketchy, but thankfully it didn't disrupt the kids.
Staff was competent. Price was good.
Did not feel particularly safe there. Noisy outside the room, did not sleep well. Sheets were thread-bare and there were burn marks on the blanket. Not cleaned very well. Heater did not work well. Did not try the shower...
It smelled and it was located in a low end area. It seemed really run down.
Everything else about it.
bed was comfortable linen was immaculate room was spotless
plumbing was ill maintained evidence of damages not tended to
Absolutely nothing to commend this awful place. Built like a concrete barracks, shabby, dingy, dirty, burn holes in bedding, awful decor, nowhere to eat except Macdonalds or BurgerKing, used by 'ladies of the night', etc etc etc... DO NOT GO THERE!
located within walking distance from Comcast theater
room in very poor condition. cigarette burns in the blankets and covers, holes in the wall, damaged vents on the ac unit. Television barely worked.
it was a nonsmoking room that smelled like cigars and pipes. the sheets were dirty and had wholes in them lock on door broken. bathrooms were dirty. couldn't even bring myself to take a shower.its been a week and still feel like i have bugs crawling all over me. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY THERE11111111
The place was dirty and old, I eas quoted one price and realized later I was charged $30more. Very disappointing
The location was good.
This hotel was priced way too high for what it is. Upon arrival there was one staff member at the desk and a long line of people waiting to check in, including unhappy customers. The room was dingy, smelled like cigarette smoke and had burn holes in the bedding. Had the price been less then I would say you get what you pay for however that was not the case.
close to highway
everything else about it
Asked for non smoking and was given smoking...not clean rooms
Closeness to the Xfinity Center. Closeness to fast food restaurants.
30 Dollars to park for the weekend of a concert. Our sink was broken. At no point over the weekend did a maid come to make up the room or give new towels. The beds were uncomfortable and the room was musty and dirty. Moreover the place is crumbling and desperately needs some paint and renovations. The only reason I stayed here was for the tailgating before the Dave Matthews Band Concerts.
I liked the large room size and proximity to highway.
I didn't like many things. The exterior and grounds need maintenance and upkeep. The staff threatened to tow a visitors car even though the parking lot was 95% empty. Apparently they have a problem with people parking in their lot for the nearby music arena, but they shouldn't make that a problem for their guests and guests' visitors. Had asked for early check in at 11 or noon, and got permission two days in advance. Upon arrival was told no rooms would be clean until normal check in time of 2pm. The cleaning staff would call when they finished, again not my problem. Why weren't they instructed to finish one room? The room was a nice size but with very dated bedding, very worn dresser and big old clunky TV. Some TV channels of big media networks had no audio. Bathroom sink leaked all over counter and floor. I would not return.
-Sheets & blanket were dirty with coffee stains and had a terrible odor. -The bathtub had several stains and a large crack was sloppily filled with dirty white filler material -Super dangerous neighborhood with drug dealing & sex in cars going on all night. -County jails are much cleaner & safer!
Staff is helpful and good location.
Dirty look. Sheets are old and smells. My car also got towed.
Bed was great!!!
A bit seedy outside....
