No microwave no coffe maker
booking.com stuffed up my reservation. When I arrived to check-in, Harveys had no record of my reservation.
Room size, cleanliness, conference facilities
Thins walls offering lack of privacy (could practically understand the conversation in the next room), dated look and quality of room, excessive water flow in the shower (so much that it couldn't drain as quick as it was supplied) given the neighboring state is in a severe drought.
I like the Internet to be more stronger for the money that I am pink
I didn't like speeding off the internet that I paid
Celebrated my husbands birthday in South Lake Tahoe along with our 3 year old daughter and both sets of parents. One of our parents room was going to be in the opposite tower but the customer service person was able to get us all on the same floor. We really appreciated the great customer service. My daughter really enjoyed the
I liked the location, the view from the 11th floor. Good size clean room and bathrooms are very clean. Most staff was very friendly and helpful. Carpets are clean but definitely worn down.
The rooms are out of date, the bed mattress need replacement. The heater or AC is positioned a bit awkward. The blower louvers require to be adjusted so the air is not blowing on you when in bed. There is no breakfast of any kind offered. At least provide guest coffee in the rooms.
Very friendly staff, we wanted our room changed and they responded very quickly; Very comfortable and clean room; Good access to parking; Close to gondola and the lake which is great!
I didn't expect the resort fee - especially because we weren't using wi-fi or other facilities. Also it's a pity that they don't offer breakfast - I believe it's because there are multiple restaurants in the casino, but some kind of a breakfast deal for hotel guests would be nice.
Convenience to show location Views were spectacular
Whenever you entered the hotel from street side, you had walk a circuitous route to access the elevators to room
Not enough lifts to cater for number of rooms. All public areas smelt of cigarette smoke. No safe or fridge in our room. Ask for a room away from lifts as the noise goes on all night as people go to their rooms from the casino.
Convenience to other casinos, restaurants and nearby sightseeing destinations keep me coming back to Tahoe.
The $20.00 per nigh "resort fee". This is a rip off since me and my friend didn't use any of the services supposedly included in the "resort fee"!!
no free internet (11 bucks extra per day) strange smell in the room (was maybe a smoking room before) breakfast only with the room service (no open breakfast in a public room)
Room was clean & quite Rooms rate are good Parking services were quickly and excellent SPA service was great
Check in took too much time for processing Dancing place meshed up Slot machines could won small prizes/ money No excellent restaurant in hotel
I love the scenery from our room. The cleanliness out on the casino floor.
Not enough places to chose from when it comes to eating. Had to look for a decent place to go eat breakfast.
Elevators too small and too slow
that we could open our window and get fresh air even on the 5th floor. great ice machine
no coffee pot in room no one changed out our towels resort fee was more than expected
Room was clean beds and pillows were comfortable.
Wish we had paid a little more and gotten a room with a view, Ours was a view of a wall.
Big soulless building in beautiful setting. Rooms nice but no coffee maker and wifi only free for one person! Resort fee added on to bill of $20- we werent there to gamble and didnt use any facilities- gym or pool.
Bed was nice.
They charge for coffee, wifi anything they can think of. Staff lied to us when we requested to switch rooms. My friend stayed at nearby motel and for 1/5 cost got free coffee, wifi and polite staff.
Staff was very nice! Especially in the Hard Rock Café. A Royal treatment for a tired Fireman! Thank you :D Hotel is clean and close to everything.
Still the "grandma" smell and décor in the rooms.
Our overall stay was very enjoyable.
Overall, it was a nice weekend stay. Lots of places close by.
Staff were great and very helpful when found that Booking.com failed to forward our booking to Harveys - they looked for about 10 minutes to find a booking that did not exist because Booking.com failed to make it as promised. We found that the hotel location was good and convenient to South Shore shopping. The room rates quoted by Booking.com were the reason this hotel was chosen.
We booked this hotel with Booking.com and Booking.com failed to reserve a room for us at the hotel. It was only after a call to Booking.com (a long wait on hold for a customer service rep) that your error was discovered, as advised by your customer service rep. The rep could not explain how this happened but advised us that the booking was being faxed to the hotel and we shoud be able to check in after an additional ten minute wait. I am sorry that I do not remember his name but your customer service rep very helpful. Apparently a result of this failed booking by Booking.com was that we were given a very tiny room in the hotel. This room was next to a noisy exterior elevator. A timely booking by Booking.com would probably have resulted in our having a much more adequate room at this hotel. If all bookings made here by Booking.com are for these undersized rooms, then you should advise your customers accordingly.
I liked the price I paid since I booked for a mt.view room
I didn't like the view I got when I got there as my reservation said classic room mt.view and I got a view of cement roof covered in A/C units
Location,staff friendly,check in very fast
The Hard Rock Cafe, the Arcade the central location
I wish there had been a mini-refrigerator in the room and free wi-fi.
