Love the amazing service by every staff member be it the front desk people or the house keeping staff! The dealers at the casino are fun and respectful make it a point to know your name make you feel like your VIP!

Everything really was great!

Good valet service. Very comfortable bed and super shower! Good value.

Stale smells in elevator and some of the halls. Lost $23. gambling! Would like coffee machine in room or bath.

Big resort having casino. Good location to get to cable car.

They charged 20 dollars as resort fee without previous information. No special attraction. Not close to beach. Not attractive view. Not included breakfast

I really like this hotel. Its very Convenient to everything. Its just a minutes walk to the heavenly gondola and the shopping centers.worth the money. I willl Definitely stay here again.

the pilwos it was smelling durty even the clean crew change 2 times the pilows liners, at the bathroom the garbage was not seep and pick it up .

There were horrible smells pervading my room every night (when I had the fan on low). When I had the fan on, I could smell stale cigarette smoke.

The room was nice and a great view

The fact that is no dvd player in the room .for the amount we paid I think harveys can afford to make that happen .

Room was very comfortable. Wish I could have stayed a couple more days.

Not enough of restaurant selection at Harvey's. Had to go to Harrah's.

Early room cleaning; location in the main resort area

Lack of amenities in the room; The fact that many of Harvey's restaurants and some other on-site venues are closed on various days is a problem. Very strange for a gambling resort to make it difficult to find food and entertainment internally.

Reasonably priced for the area. The room did have a mystery "stain" on the headboard which was gross, but other than that, I would come here again for the price .

We had a really nice quiet weekend getaway. The room was great and all the staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We would recommend Harvey's to our friends.

Upon check-in Jessie at the front desk made me feel like a v.i.p. My room was immaculate and what a fantastic view I had of Lake Tahoe! My gaming experience was also very positive.I played 21 at Myron's table who was very friendly and the cocktail server was very personable as well. Gerri shined through with her smiling "aloha spirit"! I will definitely be returning to Harvey's! MAHALO!

No coffee maker in rooms.

I like the location.

I did not like the fact that they allow smoking in the casinos and it made me very sick. I had a bad allergic reaction. It is 2012 get with the program.

We had a great service, clean room and nice view. Would recommend it to all of you.

The room was clean and comfortable.

We heard conversations in the hallway. Fortunately, the noise did not keep us awake.

We really only had one issue this stay. The key-cards to enter your room, did not work well at all. Even with trading them in a couple of times, for new ones, it would still take anywhere from 5 to 20 times, or more, inserting the key card into the door slot, before you could open your room. Very frustrating. Other's on our floor had the same issues! Also they need to upgrade to "flat screen" TV's?? Other then that we enjoyed our stay very much. C

Clean, good service

It's in a massive casino complex, so the facilities are excellent. Rooms are massive, ours even had two separate bathrooms!

Very nice hotel with lots of options of restaurant. Shame that the shops close at 7pm. Great location!

slots didn'T pay at all. steak houses ridiucoulsy over priced. site was just boring over-all.
