Score from 142 reviews Very good
Everything, great location, excellent service, clean.
Expensive, but you get what you pay for.
Everything was great except for the food, which was fair.
The food could have been better.
The bed was very cozy & comfortable & the staff was very pleasant
Not enough electrical outlets. Noisy guests. Bathroom was not functional for putting on makeup or doing hair.
Interesting layout, helpful staff.
staff was very friendly; location was fantastic
Very friendly staff and great location. The hotel is beautiful and full of history, but lacking some of the features you would expect for the price. We booked for Valentine's weekend, so I noticed prices were higher, but even $20-$30 less I probably wouldn't stay again
Tiny room, looked nothing like web picture. Double bed almost filled the room. Torn window shears, very noisy and everything seemed pretty "rough". We noticed rooms across the hall looked 20-30% larger. We probably would have demanded to be moved, but we had already unpacked and settled in.
location was perfect. beautiful historic hotel.
the heater was so noisy you could hear nothing else. sheets wouldn't stay on the bed that was not very comfortable at all.
historical significance of the building
carpet seam dirty, dated but that was part of the attraction
The bed was divine. The room felt like home. I will definitely be back to this charming hotel in this charming town!
The beautiful lobby, the historic character of the hotel, good location in city centre
Would have liked a pool
The location was perfect for visiting Prescott.
Perfectly located to walk into the local area for restaurants and shops. Room was very private. There was a jacuzzi bath and I liked the fact that the toilet was seperate. The fireplace was beautiful and the piped music/nature sounds were such a nice touch. The pool looked amazing. And the restaurant was great for breakfast.
Location of the room was a bit dark which was a shame on a sunny day. But apart from that I was only disappointed we couldn't stay longer to use all the facilities. Fantastic hotel!
Location was great for walking "down town". Parking was close and never a problem.
This is an old facility with lots of history and character. Breakfast was excellent.
We had a wonderful stay and will make it our "Regular" place!
Hotel location was very convenient and allowed us to walk to many restaurants and shops in town. It was also easy to remember how to get to hotel after driving to various locations. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious and ample. Front desk staff was extremely cheerful and helpful.
Bed was quite firm. Room Lighting was below average - could not read in the room. Higher wattage lights are needed.
Beautiful hotel and very comfortable! We would highly recommend and would stay again.
Location was great walk to Whiskey row, shops, restaurants.
location, staff, suite
regular room to pricey for just a bed, wifi kept cutting out,
It was like a dream where you were thrown back in time for the whole 2 or 3 days.
Zero complaints ....
SMALL Small room, VERY, VERY, very small bathroom. The toilet was for a elementry school kid at best! Stair were a PITA. And noise from other rooms, you could hear a person snoreing in the next room. There are many other better choices, exercise those chioces.
Right in the heart of Prescott, minutes from everything. Historic charm, including old-fashioned elevator, beautiful lobby, and original tile work. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Teeny-tiny (but still kind of charming) bathroom.
The location is great ...right across the street from the Courthouses Square.
Deluxe king room was very small and bathroom was poorly cleaned with several hairs in the tub area from the previous guest and the shower curtain had black mold. 1st and last time we will be staying at this hotel. There are several other options in the area including B n B's in a similar price range that will better fit your needs.
We will be back January 24th with friends we loved the hotel.
