Great room with fabulous views. Extremely comfortable bed and spacious clean bathroom.

The pool was in a very windy location

The location was very nice with a great view. Quiet but convenient.

* The fabulous Breakfast Buffet and Breakfast staff!! * The gracious & accommodating Front Desk & Valet service & personnel.

* Needed more lighting on the desk in room 2005. * Would have liked an additional couch or reading chair.

There are many Japanese. Need better Japanese food at breakfast buffet.

The best thing about the hotel is its great locatio. It is close to the beach, the main shopping strip and one of the best shopping centres we have ever seen. Other good thing is the comfortable room and gorgeous views of the Pacific from the 31st floor.

Limited food options in the restaurants, not overly friendly staff, communication. It seemed to me as if the hotel was designed to cater manly for Japanese tourists.

The Hawaii prince offered a good size room considering the price. The buffet breakfast was reasonable with a good selection. The room had a very nice view over the Honalulu harbour area. And a few of sunset from the room was tremendous.

The location is at the end of Waikiki making it more difficult to access the main shopping area for the good restraunts. However it is very close to the Ala Moana shopping complex.

Views from room were totally worth the money. Location was great because it's not right in the middle of all city and traffic. But lots of shopping and dinning places are within walking distance.

Parking $18 per day, what a rip off. No microwave in rooms. Room service food was horrible. Beds were super hard and pillows totally flat.

Shuttle to Waikiki every 30 minutes is a good idea. Excellent view, nice big windows. Surprisingly good cosmetics in the bath.

No free wi-fi, that is not a good issue for the modern hotel.

It's location, the friendliness of the staff and the full service options as a business traveler - internet, room service, cabs on call, central location on the south end of Waikiki.

My first room there was amazing - super clean, well laid out. My second room, though needed paint, had poor layout - caused me to wonder what happened there - should have/could have asked for another but I was dead tired and just need to crash. :)

A quiet place which is away from the crowded Waikiki but near the Ala Mona beach and shopping center. Public parking just opposite the hotel entrance and is cheap than valet parking. Room is not big but quiet and comfortable.

Swimming pool is seawater.

We found our stay at the Prince to be lovely. We were there 3 nights, and loved the staff. Always friendly and helpful. We had not booked a hotel for our return trip at that stage, and thought about going to a 5 star for the 1 night on our return, but ended up booking here again, and probably will each year now. They also kept our bags all day pre check in, and for 8 hours after check out, AND gave us access to the fitness centre, pool, and a couple of towels when we came back to collect our bags! A very needed freshen up. 2 minutes from the Alo Moana mall, and a free hotel shuttle to the famous Waikiki Beach Walk (or an easy walk).

I would have loved a toaster and plate : ) Or some bowls for cereal . Just a little bit of breakfast facility really. But only as we're there for 4 days.

The marina view from the room is quiet impressive

Too far from the waikiki beach. At night, it is quiet scared for me to stroll in front of hotel because there are not many people in the streets.

Central location

The lack of capacity for the hotel shuttle to the beach areas The quick closing of the elevator door. Should there not be a device to determine whether peopla are entering the door so they won't be hit?

Wonderful for stopover on returning to Australia. Central. Courtesy bus ideal Courtesy shown to us when Wife suffered accident was terrific. Manager of day could not have been better, in his attitude and assistance. My wife was still slightly indisposed on flight home, but is now fully recovered. Medications given by 24 hour Doctor service were essential in her recovery.

That you can walk to the downtown area. If in a car, easy access to highway, airport. Comfortable room. Great linens, toiletries. Loved the view from our room.

Restaurant a bit expensive

The Valet and front desk staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. Our immediate impression was awesome. The restaurants were very ncie and room service was prompt.

Housekeeping did not refill any of the toiletries in our room and the room itself needed some cosmetic work. We had no coffee when we arrived and ended up purchasing some while there. They never did give us any sugars or coffee stir sticks. There were a few holes in the wall behind the television that were visible when walking by as well as holes in the wall paper on the wall next to the bed. The floor boards in the water closet had not been cleaned for quite some time as there was dust build up all over them. The door to our room had a large black smudge on it that we ended up wiping off.

Position near Convention center

Cleaning not very excellent, smell of onions, air conditioning not working good, bathroom with defects

I have stayed here several times and find it a comfortable hotel with a very relaxing attitude
