The towels and the constant water in the walkway outside the rooms. Should have been squeeged when done washing.
The Ocean, the view, decent size room.
Friendly Staff and Fun place for kids.
Our cleaning lady Tayna was very nice and made our stay a good one.
Didn't like that I was stuck in the wrong room for the first 24 hours until they could change my room to the one I ordered through booking.com. The problem is that booking.com didn't send the hotel the correct information so I got penalized for it
old, musty, nasty smell in hallways. old rooms - not really clean- definitely not upgraded or maintained in years.
Pool and beach access and view from room and good wifi.
Closeness to beach and Tiki Bar
Only thing I would add is a hot tub!
Great location! Love the on site restaurant and tiki bar! Shuffleboard was a plus!
shop store lobby pool and tikki bar/eat area
everything in the room was cheap. It looked like they bought the furniture at a flea market.
the location is perfect the grounds are beautiful the view is perfect
Quiet leisurely room. Very clean. Amenities are excellent!quaint and clean
Requested early check in, however received late check in almost 5 o'clock, front desk staff was not very personable and didn't seem concerned about customer satisfaction.
Pool area was nice.
NOT ENOUGH PILLOWS LAMP NOT WORKING NEEDED LIGHT BULB DRAWERS IN KITCHEN BROKEN
The rooms were trashed. We stayed in room 421. That room had seen better days. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was broke, the blade was hanging, The globe was broke so the bare bulbs were showing, we had to be careful that my 6'4" son didn't hit the bulbs and burn his head. The first night two of my Kidd were literally scared because of all the banging and screaming from the drunk college kids. The breakfast was outrageously high in price. We cooked in the room. Had to go buy our own frying pan because ours was gone. Just a few dishes in the room, not enough for a family. Honestly I don't blame them for not investing a lot in the rooms, this is a party pad for college kids. Take your family somewhere else.
The housekeeping staff were very friendly. Security was very friendly and polite.
Closed bar and not a lot of activities on site
The extremely small beach towels, had to remind housekeeping to replace the soap on the second day and to also please leave clean towels. She just forgot.
Wifi hardly worked if ever.
It was located right on the beach which was very convenient. Also we were able to save money by cooking our meals in the room most nights.
the bartender at the tiki hut replace him you'd sell more food and beverages and have a happier crowd around the bar and pool area
everything was wonderful the staff was wonderful the room was nice but the bartender at the tiki hut had a personality about the size of a pinhead he was ugly on the outside as it was on the inside
Pool towels were small and thin and not convenient, and the room towels too., felt the corridors surrounding rooms were poorly lit at night. Just had an odd feeling walking alone. Not enough luggage carriers to help at check in and check out.
I loved the location, our room was very comfortable and faced the ocean with an ample balcony space , elevators were quick, pool area was nice, tiki bar available, good parking, nice beach access
Housekeeping was hit or miss but nothing to really complain too much about.
The hotel was clean, with a fun little mini golf. The balcony was bigger than most and had a furniture on it to enjoy the beach view. We didn't attend the dinner show they have thought it was a bit expensive. All in all I would recommend the hotel an will stay there again!
The suite lacked anything "nice", the towels were tiny and cheap; the futon couch in the living room had a stain; all of the furniture was worn and in very poor condition; the mini kitchen had less than the basics. There were no additional linens or pillows for the futon. The water pressure on the shower was poor but the temperature was dangerous, mostly very hot but just inconsistent. There was no deadbolt lock just a know that did nothing. The sliding door in the bedroom to the patio was very difficult to open and close and also no lock. I would not stay there again.
My 1 bedroom suite rm 440 was very spacious and I enjoyed the large balcony with access from the bedroom and living room. Full size refrigerator. Bike parking seemed very secure with someone on staff in the lot at all times.
Dirty, dated, tired rooms
Very boring place to stay, nothing like Internet pictures, no coffee or iron or board, lounge wasen,t open nothing going on due to bike week.
