The personnel and the location
The room is not clean, the rug us old and dirty,
Liked having a refridgerator in the room!
No complaints, good value for money.
Only some staff was cooperative
One day in morning while taking bath water stop coming inform reception, could not manage for half an hour and after that I was taken to another room on another floor in half naked condition to complete my bath and miss my meeting for which I was in Honolulu. No complain book was available did not allow me to meet manager forget about apology
The room was clean. Furniture old but good.
The broken bed under weak mattress. Window side bed in 2402. I sat onj inside and bed went down under me. Been busted for a while, I'd guess. Very tired, saggy mattress.
When I arrived I was under the impression I was receiving two double beds and I was only getting one. The gentleman that helped check me in was great and provided a roll away for free of charge.
I found sand in my bed and the manager stated she could not do anything for us. I feel that is poor customer service considering I got into a dirty bed.
It was just okay.
Bathroom small and dingy. Carpet needs cleaning?
Čistota a pořádek.
Wi-fi nemůže být placené !
The parking cost me $20 a day.. The hotel was so nasty!! I don't recommend you stay at this hotel.. What a waste of money! So disappointed!! Yucky hotel they need renovation!!
The price is reasonable.
The room was pretty run down. Carpet was disgustingly dirty. The bathroom was small and dirty. The tub was cracked and poorly repaired with caulking. The furniture was old and the windows were filthy.
The hotel offers a perfect value for money and is very close to the main beaches. It is ideal for a Honolulu stopover and offers luggage storage as well as the possibility to use restrooms after checking out, on the way or back from the beach. We had a beautiful view over the mountain hills from our room. The personnel was very helpful.
great location, free wifi (in lobby only), easy walk to waikiki beach
walls are kind of thin, so could hear the guests in the room next to me a couple of times.
Clifford and Christina the front desk staffs they were very friendly and helpful with our stay at the hotel makes us feel warm and welcome.
The key cards to our room we have to slide our card 3 to 4 times to get into our room.
Staff was surprisingly helpful and the price was low by waikiki standards.
Bearing in mind that this is a budget hotel I still think that: - The bed was way too small for two adults. - Air conditioning was noisy. - Generally everything felt old, shabby and worn down. My advice: tear this place down and start over from scratch!
The cleaning staff did the best they could with the place.
Quite simply the worst place I have ever stayed, staff were surly and more interested in checking messages on their phone the room was not just outdated (which I can live with) but dirty; slime from air con running down the walks, mold on wall paper. I am not precious at all but seriously do yourself a favour and elsewhere
Reception staff was rude, unpleasant and not helpful at all. She should not be working on the front of the house !!! There was an instance when one of our room key was not working and when approached to have it reprogrammed, she initially did not want to and gave us a ridiculous reply. Saying that the reason why we were given 2 keys so that we have a back up in case the other was not working. When we insisted, only then did she asked the security staff to reprogram the keys. She was not too happy about it and gave us an attitude.
The hotel staff were really polite, helpful/accommodating. The room was comfortably, clean, and spacious -- with an excellent view of Honolulu!
Being on theth floor. I would've liked being on the either of the first 3 floors:)
Location everything close by
value, location, clean
Very good location, nice staff, loved the Jacuzzi in the night, safe place
- parking fee way too high
Friendly staff. Helpful and accommodating.
Good Location Clean facilities Nice view from room
the location was excellent ,
parking was $20. per day, first day in room coffee was complimentary , after that it was $2.50 a day, the in room safe was $2.50 a day, we asked for a late check out and were told it would be an extra $35.00 for 2 hrs. So.... what is normally free and standard practice at most every hotel I have ever stayed at was a extra cost here, so with all the extra cost, we could have stay somewhere else nicer and closer to or on the beach. Buyer beware !!!!
* great location * great price * friendly staff * had everything we needed (decent beds, a clean bath, a silent fridge, TV, microwave, a pool)
* weird contract (which tells you that they are dealing with some difficult customers as well) * it's not the Ritz, but then you couldn't expect that for the money.
The room was unpleasant it needed a lot of attention and cleaning.
location and price
housekeeping and maintenance. Very difficult to use the room key
