Good clean and quiet

Location great, and the restaurants and shops on the ground floor were a plus - the Creme Pot is charming and convenient for breakfast. Staff was very helpful and friendly, went out of their way to be accommodating. Great view of the city from upper floors.

I booked the second-to-last room available in the entire hotel, so clearly got the rooms they'd prefer not to rent. Try to avoid the rooms adjoining the elevator shafts, since those are running all night in a building with 24-25 floors!

I had to ask the front desk to have housekeeping clean the room and the bath tub. Also needed extra towels for the kids

The bathroom was old and the sink and tub were chipped. It definitely needed upgrading!

Adequate for a one night stay. Good location.

Elevator chimes continuously when cars travel pass the floor. Curtains were in poor condition.

Noisy and dirty, in the room were bugs

It smelled like "crack" & "weed". We were gone all day, we did not spend time in the room, so it was good to come back to a clean bed to lay our heads to sleep.

Nothing I can think of, I was very disappointed all around with the hotel and service.

Dirty rooms, uncomfortable bed and pillows, small and unattractive layout and design...service was terrible and slack, the visit was a birthday present as we are hawaiian residence, no1 who worked there was of much help and seemed uninterested in making a good impression with customer service. I do not plan to return in the future and have since heard similar complaints from friends that have stayed there. Just a dirty hotel, low budget I would not expect a four star establishment, but it was appalling. I am never one to leave a bad review, but the hole experience was truly a huge let down.

Corridor outside room smelt of tobacco smoke (?), but INSIDE the room it was not noticeable.

Vanessa and the receptionist from Guam I do not remember her name were terrific.

My room was not cleaned while I was there.

Very helpful, friendly staff who gave me great tips on where to go/see. Outstanding maid service, Big windows with views. Luxury on a budget!

The Hotel is in need of refurbishment. Also we booked the hotel months in advance of our holiday requesting ajoining rooms due to older children travelling with us. It was very disapointing not just to find we couldn't have rooms together but that the two rooms they gave us were 3 floors apart! and were unconcerned when we complained.

Location was very good. Price was very reasonable.Room was just fine with a great city view especially at night. I walked everywhere I needed to go.

I really have no negative remarks to make. Not a super fancy high end hotel, but price was like $100 less than many others.

Poor cleaning, lazy hotel staff (one female person on reception), noise of city transport hearable in the room by night time

Well located for access to the main roads and local hospitals the big pool deck wih no one there was really good parking was $16 bucks so that was good for the area if you walk for exercise it was opposite the beach park for walking

Needs a complete over haul and remodel Every is run down and does not work I hired a modem for the computer the connections werew broken The glass jug in the coffee maker did not fit so it diddnt work had to get another one the carpet was dirty so wore sock to keep my feet clean plenty of stains and drawing marks on the carpet the tv was badly scratched and poor quality it was hard to watch the news or shows bath tub had paint peeling off it and black holes in the enamel and the shower leaked towels were thred bare and very small as werew the sheets on the bed with a torn bed cover I would not have achild in this room too dirty Dont have nay expectations of comfort if you stay here and you wont be dissappointed

We weren't say that we have to buy our coffee, sugar tea etc and we wern't told we have to take our own garbage bins away. . They should tell us at the beginning, when we come to the hotel. We never had this experience even in the youth hotel.

Check-in and check-out went smoothly; security responded promptly when we reported an issue.

We were placed in a smoking room when I requested non-smoking and the room was next to tenants/a party with a stereo system (yes, it was annoying).
