location was good for us.
Great location, quiet and the bed was comfy... What more could you ask for. It was also really nice having a frig, microwave and coffee maker in the room.
Good for short stay. Pool was not crowded.
Wifi was not available in the room.
our maid was the best(her husband works there) so nice and extremely helpful. i wish she taught a class in how to do her job. the bed was the best ive slept in.
i really wanted to fish, no such luck here. its not sit on a dock and fish friendly at all.
very comfy bed dark hair good that checked us in was very helpful with coupons and directions
better step in pool and no drinking in the pool area lots of drunks there bulbs in the light fixtures so you could see
The hotel has a good value for the location. After our family didn't sleep the first night, they gave us our money back for the second night, so we could stay somewhere else.
There was no one in the front office to call on when the college kids we were surrounded by decided to party until 3:30 a.m. Our nonsmoking room smelled like smoke, and it was all in need of some updates.
Friendly staff, comfortable pillows. Good location, close to shopping and restaurants. Easy in and out.
No highway sign for direction to hotel. No clock. Light over sink didn't work. Room full of flies. Carpet dirty, not vacuumed once. Had to request fridge, which didn't sit straight. Door locks not very secure. Obstructed view of lake-too far down to docks.
Beds Staff Location
Ants Constructon very early in a.m.
way too much money for something so horrible no breakfast! dirty old
The air conditioner in our room did not work. We got back to the room around 10p and it was hot..No one to fix that late. The WIFI was not working....
The view of the Lake from my window
1)the woman who checked me in did not know how to do a tax exempt status on the bill. 2) the doors really don't have good locks on them, the chain lock was coming off the wall, but really couldn't find anyone to report this to. 3) don't count on a continental breakfast at 7:30 or even 7:45am, it's not like I was here in the dead of winter, it was the end of June 4) Although it was hot, I would have never gotten in the pool as it looked like it had something growing on the bottom of it.
All of the appliances work (others stated that they would not work), great location as it was close to everything: Outlet Mall, restaurants, the lake in general. Amenities were shared with Inn at Grand Glaize, beds were comfortable, very nice staff, lake view rooms have really nice view
Obvious smoking in the room, lights were short circuited, air conditioner was way too loud, building shows age and looks very run down, not much of a breakfast
Bed was comfy. Pool was nice-except needs better steps to get in & out. -Not made for heavy people. Was a quiet area.
The room we had was suppose to be non-smoking but, you could smell it must have been a smoking room at 1 time. It smelled like old stale cig. smoke. The bottom of the bath tub was slippery when wet. Toleit set was broke-wobbly. Bathroom needed a good paint job. Not much of a breakfast offered.
not a lot to do there
Location for our trip was great.
the TV, refrigerator, microwave and WiFi all did not work. The plug-ins we all burnt due to overloading.
Location and manager was helpful to move me to another hotel because the WiFi wasn't working
Damp musty smell in room
I know the motel is old but it has been kept up fairly well. I like the fact the room was clean but there were some knats in the bath tub but they didn't take up much room.
The age of the motel probably was the cause of the room above me sounding like a herd of cattle every time someone walked across the floor. They evidentially were also having sex as that sound was pretty evident also as the room wasn't very sound proof. Oh what it would be like to be young again!
Lake view was great. Nice and quite compared to next door at the Inn.
Ice machine inadequate. Lids for the ice containers would have been nice so the ice would not melt as fast. Lights by the beds did not work for reading in bed.
Within walking distance to the water.
The room was a little smelly.
the king size bed and a beautiful view of the lake
not very much for breakfast and nobody got there until around 8:30 a.m. they had little bit stuff out but nobody ate there, they said the other hotel adjoin this hotel had breakfast 7 days a week they had only had coffee out if you wanted breakfast you had to eat in the restaurant there.
The bed was soft and comfortable. The size of the room was adequate and it was nice that there was a microwave, refrigerator and coffee in the room.
Our TV only had one channel and our friends in another room said their TV didn't work at all, but we weren't in the room very much so we were okay with it. The bathroom floor behind the door looks like it never gets cleaned.
Bed comfortable, room very clean.
No staff, lake view upgrade not much of a view, shower kind of weak.Coffee not very tasty.
Adjacent property to our hotel was very helpful and gave us a room when our heat went out, Grand Glaize had much nicer rooms and friendlier staff in a comparable location.
Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, the second night the heater went out of one room. No staff in the hotel to help, had to go get another room in a different hotel. Hot water was warm at best, staff was difficult to find when there was a problem.
The bed was VERY comfortable, the carpets were soft and clean. The staff was very friendly..
