Loved the facilities. Nice rooms. Good combination of pool right next to the beach. Staff was great!

Difficult to find a beach chair. People should not be allowed to place a towel on the beach chair and then leave for hours.

We only spent one night there so could not comment.

the grounds and hotel rooms are lovely. they have townhouses that are available for bigger families. Great activities: we went on sunset cruise, rented bikes & enjoyed the pool and walk way areas. Best part is the Tranquility pool (21 & over) huge fire pits to sit around in evening & music to listen to. Fun place to stay & play.

Almost all pool chairs were "tagged or toweled' by 9am. They should limit this so all can enjoy ~ very annoying.

This resort was a great disappointment for us. The resort calls itself luxurious and charges you a high resort fee but you get very little for the money. The capacity is poor for the amount of guests they book in. There are five pools in the resort and no beach. They are totally overcrowded. It is impossible to get a seat around the pools and in the whole resort. The only place to sit is at your room, in the reception desk or in the restaurant. Teenager are not so welcomed in the resort. There is a pool for people over 21 yrs and all other Pools are overcrowded with small kids. A very rude personnel threw my 18 yrs old son and me out of the sun-deck around the pool.

The resort was one of the best we have ever stayed in.

Unfortunately we got a room next to a lift which was very noisy.

Several pools all very nice. Lots of options for water sports. Beautiful room. Good food. Music at night by pool. Great sunrises.

No beach or place to swim in the ocean (just a small salt water lagoon).

I liked that the resort had nightly firepit entertainment. The gym was nice as it was slightly larger than the standard hotel.

They were overpirced on their drinks. They also had only one restaurant for breakfast.

Great pool area. Staff very friendly, if not always terribly effective.

No where to wlk other than the resort - felt a bit time-share-esque. Charging for kayaks seems a bit cheeky too, especially in the saltwater pool!

The staff were super-friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.

We asked for an upgrade on the room and received it - great room ..... had a wonderful time - staff was courteous and kind - location was fantastic - we will be coming back!

The adults only pool are was very peaceful and our room had a large private terrace which then had steps down to the pool area. The Alma restaurant had an outside dining area and the food quality and service was excellent.

I don't understand why I need to drink out of plastic glasses whilst sitting at the pool bar.

An excellent position half way down the Keys. Lovely grounds and views out over the sea. Nice quiet rooms.

Restaurant choice very limited, especially as one was shut for two of the days we were there. One of the other restaurants was a little disorganised in terms of getting a table despite appearing to have plenty of tables free!

I was on my first trip alone with no children for some Mommy Time, and there was a set of bunkbeds in my room, really??? Totally made me miss my kids when I was suppose to be relaxing and taking me time. Also, they were laying carpet in my corridor at 8pm on a Sunday night. My view from my windows was of a utility room which people were always coming and going from, I couldnt even open my curtains.

Ambience around pool and eating areas. Rooms were tastefully decorated. The grounds were inviting and well cared for. Adults only pool a great place to relax.

Rooms weren't exactly sound proof. A problem with the plumbing especially with the noisy flushing of toilets. We knew how often our neighbours went to the bathroom and visa-versa. The Gymnasium was disappointing lack of variety and ill maintained machines. Also wondering about the necessity for having Dolphins on the premises. Wasn't convinced that the small enclosure was in their best interests. If only they could speak for themselves ???

we had a very stinking room and very noisy A/C. Butg we were given (morning) another perfect room and were compensated for about 50% which was very nice of them. We will come back but always check the room first!

Nice location with good on site options like tennis and boat rides at marina. Good poolside food options, too.

Room descriptions misleading. I thought I would get the bedding options as described but instead got two villas with different bedding. I specifically choose Hawks Cay based on the Booking.com description if two beds in the second bedroom. Instead we were left with the option of non relatives sleeping together or sleeping in the couch. Since the resort was full we were stuck. Very disappointed. Hawks Cay said it was booking.com fault.

Gratuity included (in resort fee), no hassles. Excellent facilities. Free valet parking.

Very expensive to eat there. To many children and to much noise!!

Something to bring my family back over and over. Because they had a lot to choose from. Adults activity and children activity.

We especially like the staff & the resort.

My wife and I enjoyed this peaceful interlude in our year. We enjoyed having time by ourselves in this beautiful environment and found it easy to relax with most of our needs easily satisfied, We spent a day taking scuba diving lessons and look forward to doing more of this in the future. We appreciated the possibility of having contact and swimming with dolphins. We were very satisfied with our stay at Hawks Cay.
