I appreciated the buffet breakfast, morning paper, fitness center and suite design of the room which allowed me to have a separate area for my laptop. It was also convenient to public transportation and close to two good restaurants and a drugstore. Moderate street noise (mainly from sirens), but not a huge problem. |

Large room with separate sitting area. Comfortable bed. Quiet room despite through street outside. Easy free parking. Restaurants close by - we had dinner at a Mexican across the street. Very helpful staff to advise us where to buy groceries etc - we had an RV to pick up next day and needed provisions. Difficulty finding it. We normally do okay with directions but we ended up searching for it in the wrong area - we were in Oakland where there is also a Webster St. The need to find and take the tunnel to Alameda could be clearer. |

When I reserved the room on booking.com, I requested a quiet room with a king bed. The website pre-selected that I was requesting a room for 4 people, and I did not see how to change the request. I only needed a room for myself. When I checked in, I was informed that since I requested a room for 4 people, I was moved to a room with 2 queen beds. When I asked to be switched back to a room with a king bed, I was told that they couldn't move me and that I should have called the hotel instead of reserving the room on booking.com. Worse, the room was facing a busy street and was noisy with street noises. |

front desk staff was pleasant and helpful The room was neat, but not too clean. The complimentary breakfast buffet was a nice thought, but poorly executed. |

Convenient to go into SF for shopping trip - staff were very helpful in providing directions to city. Close to needlepoint shop. The room where breakfast was served was very warm. |

Buffet breakfast was excellent (eggs, potatoes, sausage, pancakes/waffles, cereal, juice, toast, fruit, etc.) but offered at uneven hours (some days it went until 10 AM, others only until 9 AM. The walls were very thin; we could hear everything above a whisper in the adjoining rooms. One night we were kept up by a TV going next door. |

Prima hotel als alternatief voor hotels in centrum San Francisco. Keurige kamer, simpel maar goed ontbijt. Gratis parkeren. Openbaar vervoer naar centrum sf uitstekend. Met eigen vervoer moet je over de Bay Bridge (file en tol). Alameda zelf is niet interessant. |

fijne grote kamers me hele goede bedden.het lag eenbeejes ui hecentrum,maar de bushale was vlak voor de deur,en die bus bracht ons in 20 minuten naar het centum.kortom een fijn hotel |
