Breakfast is very good. Room is very comfortable,I love it.

Someone 2 floors above us was smoking in their bathroom which apparently vented into our bathroom and the stench was overwhelming. I reported it to the desk clerk and she took care of it immediately. I hope those people had to pay a $50 fee as stated when you sign for the room. Both the desk clerk and the guy that came to our room twice to clean and deodorize the bathroom were excellent employees.

There weren't any "noodles" or float devices at the pool.

nice room and very comfortable king bed, I think that was the best aspect. Also had a couch and refrigerator and nice desk area which was very convenient.

Kind of odd the TV was off to the side from the bed, so it would be kind of hard to watch in bed or on the couch as it was in an awkward spot. the bathroom sink was directly in front of the bed...

Ease of checking in/out. Front desk service efficient.

Breakfast food too commercial. There were no options for real cream cheese, real (no-UHT) cream for coffee, real maple syrup. No cheese plate or fresh local breads. I was coming into Champaign knowing it was an agricultural town, and there was no evidence of it at the breakfast. I would expect this standard of breakfast at a much cheaper hotel.

The hotel rooms are pretty large (there are basically two rooms, the bedroom plus another room with desk, couch and tv), comfortable and clean. The wifi works well, and there is a huge parking lot available for the hotel customers. The breakfast is buffet style, quite good, although the room becomes quite crowded during 7.30-8.30, and sometimes it is hard to find a seat.

The problem is that they basically ignore the requests you made when reserving the hotel with booking.com. I had two request: 1) two separate beds (I was traveling with a colleague of mine), and 2) two separate receipts. In the first case, part of the responsibility is mine, because I booked a king-size bed. Anyway, they realized my request just at the check-in, and, since they were out of double rooms, this issue has been solved by moving us to a handicapped double room, which was slightly more expensive. However, they were nice enough to find a solution. For the second issue, although my request was pretty clear from the check- in, they gave us just a single receipt. After a five-minute discussion, they finally provide us with two separate receipts. To conclude, they should pay more attention to the customers' request, although I must admit that the staff is eventually helpful.

I stay there about once a year for a University of Illinois football game. It is a very nice hotel. It is very close (walking distance) to the football stadium. And the price wasn't bad. I've paid much more for rooms (not as close) on football weekends elsewhere. The rooms are spacious. Not shoe boxes. This year I had a king suite, and there was a separate section with a sitting area and a pull out couch. In the past we have gotten the room with 2 beds and I believe those had the separate sitting areas with the pull out love seat size couches. Not 100% on the "pull out" part, but they for sure had the small couches. This year I took time to enjoy the complimentary breakfast before leaving for the tailgate and game. I enjoyed it greatly. It is a very good breakfast as far as most free breakfasts go - meaning good assortment. It rivals the assortment at some hotels where you pay extra for a breakfast buffet. And the food was as good - taste-wise as a restaurant (if not better - I liked the biscuits and gravy better than anywhere else I've been except one restaurant). You don't always get quality food at the free hotel breakfasts even if there is an assortment.

Fitness center hours were restrictive - did not open until 7:00 A.M. TV remote control did not work well

I forgot my briefcase on a Saturday and came back on Sunday to pick it up. Your team at the hotel was most helpful. I specifically have kind words to say about Jessica who was on duty on Saturday 25 August. All my valuables were in my briefcase and it was locked in a safe place. Thank you, Layla Fahim

The location was nice, many restaurants around the area. Nice pool and hot tub, great for kids after a 20 hour road trip. Very nice rooms.

They need to get wi-fi! Not sure who uses ethernet cables any more!

The room was the most spacious one I have ever stayed in a hotel in my life. It was huge. The breakfast is excellent, the free wife is efficient, beds are comfortable, the reception staff is fairly friendly. I will indeed stay in this hotel in my next trip to Champaign.

The bathroom in such a huge room is ridiculously small; you can hardly stand in the bathroom when you try to close the bathroom door.
