The beds were comfortable.

The room was in disrepair - our bathroom light over the mirror did not work as well as the outlet between the beds. And our room did not get cleaned one of the days we stayed.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly.

The back of the hotel faces a parking deck and the drapes are unable to be closed in the room leaving your room open to anyone on the deck to look in. The same issue with the drapes also contributes to a problem where there is a parking lot light that shines into the room all night long. Simple fix, change the drape rods out so the heavy drapes can be close over the sheers

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Room was clean

I chose hotel and paid extra for the pool and it was closed. I live in mn and wanted to lay in the sun. Very disappointing. You should disclose when the pool is open on your website. It was 80 when I was there.

Close to DFW airport

Had difficulty in finding my reservation. Free happy hour consisted of cold finger food, chips and nuts and a few cans of beer and soft drinks. Staff could not speak English. Put us in a standard room instead of a king as reserved. Only two towels provided that we're thin and rough. Pillows and mattress were uncomfortable. Not worth the rate charged

Location - directly adjacent to dfw.

Choice of nearby restaurants, but it was adequate.

The shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful. Great location, close to the airport...about 10 minutes.

When I called for the shuttle the lady was very abrupt and not helpful at all. The entire hotel could use some updating and maintenance. It is look a bit dated and worn out.

I chose this hotel due to it's location to DFW.

When I arrived they had no record of my reservation. There was only one employee answering 2 phones and dealing with a room full of people, all with fouled up reservations.

If you don't have a car it is too remote, disappointed that there is no bar or restaurant within walking distance.

No restaurants close by. Staff shared breakfast facilities with guests.

They cleaned my room every day even though I was staying for three days.

When breakfast was supposed to be at 6:30, it was sometimes early and sometimes late.

hotel was nice, and close by the cowboys stadium

the checking time at 3 and check out time at 11:00 well belive this not right should be move from checking in 2:00 and check out at 12:00

Staff was great and helpful..

I arrived late and left early - my purpose was simply to be near the airport for a very early morning flight. Therefore I saw only 2 staff and did not use any of the hotel's facilities, except the bed and bath! The bed was comfortable; the bath clean. I needed a dependable shuttle to the airport.

I was very aware of the street noise during the night. My wake-up call was about 5 minutes late, according to the clock in the room.

Close to the DFW airport and good shuttle bus service. Good sized room.

Located in a dreary area surrounded by other overnight hotels. The Hawthorn has no restaurant or bar and there are none in the vicinity. Breakfast was typical US style, diabeties inducing, high fat/sugar fare.

The staff were nice.

Didn't know you had to call for the shuttle When we did call for the shuttle they said we would have to wait t least 1/2 hour before they could get there. We were tired so took a cab who charged a substantial flat fee. We choose hotel because of shuttle. No place to eat nearby. The staff were nice and offered to drive s in the shuttle that couldn't pick us up at the airport. It was an interesting evening! In the morning at checkout we were charged a different rate than the booking.com confirmation. I was glad I caught it as I thought the difference was taxes...and thought them high! I asked or wouldn't have known as the printer for the bill was out of ink. It was kind of sad as it appears the hotel might be struggling. Good thing the staff was lovely! People make a difference.

Very close to the airport. Friendly staff. Simple, and no surprises.

I had to leave at 4:30 am for my flight and there was a lack of food options available at that hour which is understandable.

Nice size room with microwave and sink.

Not enough light. No overhead light and one lamp burned out.
