everything was great
The comfort and ease of locating the facility from the Palace
The buffet & the coffee
Pretty room. The lobby and breakfast area are also very pretty.
One of the kitchen drawers was full of trash. Some dishes were missing. There was hair in the shower.
Breakfast could be better. Make your. own Waffle nice concept but if there's more than you wanting them the wait is long. We came in while the room was empty. Minutes later there was a line up at 3 min each you could be waiting a half hour for your turn. Love the idea need some more thought put to it
Beautiful room. The other facilities (laundry, breakfast area) looked great, although I didn't use them.
My reservation (made 6 months ago) was non existent in your records. My bathroom sink was not clean when I arrived. Every time I went to the desk for anything, no one was there; I had to wait for her to return from where ever she was. Also, my sister and her husband had a reservation the same weekend and their reservation was also lost. My sister tried to call the Hawthorne direct before that weekend and got some person in a foreign country whom she couldn't understand. This may be why her reservation was lost. You need better management.
I loved look of the room...very contemporary and fresh. Check in was a breeze and the breakfast was above average. Every staff member we encountered was helpful and very courteous. Great stay for the price!
Not enough bath towels. The bathroom floor was dirty. The hallways could use some sprucing up and the elevator was always dirty.
Kitchenett helpful for saving $ on meals. Close to my work and there are place to eat close by. Breakfast is OK.
only1 elevator not good if you are staying at the other end of the hotel. I stay for 4 nights and bring my own food so I have a lot of things to get to the room. There is only a cook top and not oven. The nonstick fry pan sticks and burns the food. I bring my own. Pillows are not always clean. I also bring my own.
The rooms were really clean
The worst hotel stay ever. The staff was immature and can't handle issues when they arise.
Only $15/night for dogs under 60 pounds? Great deal. I would stay here again.
How close it is to the palace.
When I got there I was taken by surprise by the $150 incidental fee. If I had known about that I would not have been so angry. That needs to be put on the site where it is visible and it needs to be on the confirmation page. I travel quite a bit and this has only happened with your company. I booked with booking.com and on their website it did not have that fee anywhere otherwise it would have been in my budget. I'm pretty good about things like that. For this reason, we will not be staying at your hotel again. I was very, very angry.
close proximity to the Palace;clean fresh room;continental breakfast
they didn't replace the coffee packet when room was cleaned
Fran at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. She is a true asset to your facility.
Parking was tight, and didn't care for the heating blower system. Couldn't seem to adjust the fan blower.
The staff, the room and the price were great.
The rooms were very nice, without making us feel like we couldn't touch anything. We had a Queen + Sofa bed room, which included a full sized fridge, cooktop, dishwasher, and pantry stocked full of dishes. And the best continental breakfast choices I have ever seen. Would definitely book again!
When checking in we were told that the room we had booked was just the Queen room, not Queen + Sofabed, but after showing the desk clerk our confirmation page from Booking.com, we were accommodated with no problem.
I enjoyed the room layout and the quiet atmosphere.
The breakfast area is a little small and can get crowded easily.
Housekeeping came in to empty garbage and give us fresh towels, however neglected to make our bed which was one of the services they supposedly offered.
Doin was nice, staff was friendly.
Stuck there in the middle of a snow storm, took.an hour to dig my car out and got stuck.several times. The parking lot could have been plowed better. Walls were also paper thin.and tv had few channels.
The attention of their staff is great. Also the snaks on Tuesdays evening are good and the beds are just great.
Small cafeteria and the door at the entrance is too small.
I stayed bc of the terrible storm and the staff was very nice and helpful, with great attitudes.
The room was spacious and the kitchen facility and island were great. Only complaint would be that they didn't have a cork screw and the one at the front desk didn't work, so bring your own.
Good location and very friendly staff.
They did not have our booking from on line and we had to go on line to get info for them. They quickly got us a room and we were fortunate one was available, however best to check ahead.
