Full kitchen, optional fold out bed
Bed was terrible. Fold out was even worse.
I like the attitude of the staff, they were understanding and helpful. The room was clean. I would stay there again and I have already refer'd my family and friends.
The stove was new so when I turned on the oven there was a smell that would make one sick and the top burners had the same smell. My TV would not get any channel but 3, final someone came and fix it on the 3rd day of our stay. The water in the bathroom dripped the whole time.
Facilities have no ice. Each room has a refrigerator that makes its own. However, there was none. It took all night to make a small amount.
Not a damn thing
First of all, the area is sketchy. There's a bunch of youngins roaming around. The room I got was dirty. Towels were stained. There was BLUNTS in the fireplace. Front desk had no knowledge of the hotel layout. Floors were cracked. Never again. Waste of money.
They had partying going on in most of rooms.....did not have a safe feeling with random cars speeding through parking lot....got downgraded on the room I purchased. Ended up booking somewhere else.
Never stayed there.
After checking in, which I again confirmed the room was handicap accessible and was told it was, I went to my room which was on the second floor with no elevator to even reach the second floor. Now how did they expect a wheelchair to get to the second floor. When I returned to the office I was told you had to walk up the stairs. How is a person paralyzed from the waist down supposed to walk up the stairs? Now I had my entire family from Kansas city and friends from South Carolina in Dallas and no hotel to stay in. Do to the mess up, it took us another 4 hours to find a place to stay when we had made arrangements 3 weeks in advance.
Good location, close to airport
Extended stay, transient people, doors slamming and horns honking in the middle of the night. Every thing old and worn
Breakfast and location
Wifi was very poor; squeaking ceiling from unit above; people in the unit above had a noisy party going on and should have not been able to happen
Location is good, near Love Field and the markets. Hot breakfast was fresh cooked, not microwaved eggs. Nice space in the king suite. Room was overall clean.
Property is tired. Appears management is strapped for adequate maintenance cash. Bed cover, lamp shades, sofa upholstery, and carpet were worn. Whole facility needs to be renovated.
Parking full on saturday night
4 generations of the same family visited Texas for 18 nights. We started and ended up at this Hotel. We had 2 Townholme Suites. The accommodation excellent value. We had two bedrooms and two bathrooms in each with a bed settee and we were next door to each other. Breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful. Free fast wi-fi. Fridge, Coffee machine and micro wave included.
Only a limited amount of crockery and cutlery.
Room 822. The smell of raw sewage in our filthy room. Loud noises all night. The power was going off and on all night. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Waiting for our full refund. Please do not help people stay here. I complained so they sent me to room 1226. It was not clean the bed sheets all messed up. Stains everywhere so I asked for our money back and we stayed the remainder of our trip at Country Inns And Suites.
Double suite had strange odor like a dead animal. The smell got worse over the next day. Asked management to take a look and no one came. Checked out and mgmt promised to discount room and call later that day. Never called.
Room was big. Loft style with separate bed and bath upstairs in unit, as well as downstairs. Full , but small kitchen.
Furniture wasn't the cleanest. My husband said the sofa smelled like urine and pointed out what looked like a stain on it. My advice: stay here , but definitely take your bleach wipes, and you'll be fine.
Looks to be an old apartment complex converted to a Hotel. Large size of room, access to hwy, close to world trade center were all good.
Seen three roaches in room. They need to keep up on their extermination.
the service was the best
area and price
staff is a little unfriendly.
Two staff members, John at the front desk and Frank the Airport Shuttle driver, were outstanding and made the trip very nice. John was helpful to me throughout the visit and tried to make the time in Dallas nice. Frank was a great conversationalist and was very kind helping me with my luggage to the airport entrance.
I was asked to sign that I would not smoke in the room or a fee would be charged, but when I entered the space it smelled very smoky, stale and rather unappealing.
2 loft suite with own bathroom. Also kitchenette with fridge and icemaker; a few dishes, but no utensils. But they have continental breakfast at main office dining room. Pretty good for the price.
some mud splatter dirt on bathroom walls, likely from prior guest. Bed was too firm, and carpets need steam cleaning or carpet freshner.
All the staff was willing to assist whenever needed. If there is an issue the manager is willing to accommodate and satisfy. The breakfast fresh and satisfying. I would recommend this location to family and friends and I would stay again.
The price for a townhouse rental was fantastic. It was spacious and could accommodate a group of 5 people without issue.
They can work on cleanliness and fixing some basic items. For example the 2nd floor bathroom's shower curtain was a little moldy at the bottom and the shower handle was very loose and tough to operate. Also they forgot to include a hair dryer for guest use.
Dirty glass in the sink...
Really spacious, apartment feel nice and private
Bed was too hard and stiff, couch was old and dingy
-carpet was dirty & old, even uplifted going from tv area to kitchen -couch was dirty & old, did not even want to sit on it -sliding door was very scary especially on the back side of the building, very unsecure -the outdoor path to get around to the room was littered with trash -room smelled old and musty
I'm a flight attendant and stay hotels all over and this is by far the worst ever. Old apartment complex converted to a hotel. The carpet was so dirty I didn't dare take off my shoes, mold in shower, and I wouldn't use anything in kitchen. I can't believe this is a Wyndham property. Although I will say that I've been staying at wyndhams nationwide and they seem to be declining. This one takes the cake though. Don't stay here. Lots of people loitering as if they live here permanently, made us very uncomfortable.
