I loved almost everything about our stay at the hotel. The combination of features and room accommodation (suite) were our reason for selecting the hotel. One of the main reasons was the shuttle service. Some have complained about the breakfast. While it was limited in scope, it was good enough for a free hot breakfast every day and they did change the selections each day we were there. We filled up every AM which really helped to keep the food costs down. While the shuttle service was nice, there are only 3 different AM pick up times and 3 different PM park pick up times. The last park pick up time (10:30) fills ups at 8:45 for the first hotel pick-up. If you are not taking the first shuttle to the parks, I recommend going down at 8:30 and waiting in line to reserve a 11:30 pick up time. The shuttles were nice but again the limited pick up times make them somewhat restrictive. Also, the shuttle only goes to Epcot. So, if you want to go to another park, you have to catch the tram (free) or a Disney shuttle bus (free) both to the park and back to meet the hotel bus which further limits your time at the parks. We ended up driving and paying for parking the last two days just for the flexibility and time.

The neighboorhood is nice. Very close to the Disney World and lots of restaurants around. The breakfast buffet is not what you expect. The choices are very limited.

I did not like the fact that our room was not left clean eventhough the ladies stated that they clean the room.

A very adequate hotel for it's location and price. Breakfast was fine and rooms were satisfactory. My expectations were not very high, so I was not disappointed by anything.

The staff at the front desk was extremely courteous and helpful. No amenities in the bathroom. Only 2 small bars of soap. No shampoo/conditioner (which I had not packed thinking that they would at least have 2 small bottles). The hours of the breakfast are too short. They should at least extend it to 10:00 or 10:30 Happy hour is only Monday through Friday, not even on a Saturday.

Location was great, room was very large We wanted to use laundry machines, and there were only two which were busy. We went to outside laundry at the city. Breakfast was poor and tables were sticky and were not cleaned.

Great place to stay with teenagers. The breakfast was awesome but wish they will end a bit later especially for vacationers. Breakfast ends too early on weekdays and not allowed to bring food upstairs.

The location for all the parks are perfect , 20-25 minutes from all the parks No windows in the room !!! when I came to the hotel at 2 am , I've got on the beginning a smaller room from I've ordered . The Clark told me that this is the kind of room they can see booking ordered !!! I showed the form I had with the room I ordered and it took me a hour and a half to get the right room.it was very frustrated to wait so long time when my kids are sleeping in the car and we need to wake up early .

Location to Disney World. Good breakfast. Nice pool Room was not very clean. Bathtub wouldn't drain. Toilet handle was loose and you had to hold it down to work. Reservations weren't what I reserved when we arrived. Had to be put in a room I didn't reserve w/different beds.

Excellent location. Convenient room set up. Ideal for preparing your own breakfast Breakfast is included but very poor. We skipped. A bit noisy but ok. Only downside: you cannot open the windows in the room.

When we checked in, we were given an Executive Room and I thought I booked a Suite. I requested a change and was given a Suite for an extra $10.00 per nite. What I liked about the Suite was plenty of room, Couch, refrigerator and kitchen area complete with table and 4 chairs. Housekeeping did not show up until 3:00 p.m.

Very good location. The tap over the bath tube was leaking water during the nine days we stayed there. We call to fix it for three times but nothing was done. The breakfast was always the same, few options.

A localização é perfeita,junto aos parques da Disney e das compras.O silencio no quarto,a cozinha completa, o espaço, o bom café da manhã. O ambiente do hotel é muito tranquilo e voltaríamos sem dúvida em outra viagem para Orlando.
