Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Lake Buena Vista, a Sky Hotel & Resort  

I loved almost everything about our stay at the hotel. The combination of features and room accommodation (suite) were our reason for selecting the hotel. One of the main reasons was the shuttle service. Some have complained about the breakfast. While it was limited in scope, it was good enough for a free hot breakfast every day and they did change the selections each day we were there. We filled up every AM which really helped to keep the food costs down.

While the shuttle service was nice, there are only 3 different AM pick up times and 3 different PM park pick up times. The last park pick up time (10:30) fills ups at 8:45 for the first hotel pick-up. If you are not taking the first shuttle to the parks, I recommend going down at 8:30 and waiting in line to reserve a 11:30 pick up time. The shuttles were nice but again the limited pick up times make them somewhat restrictive. Also, the shuttle only goes to Epcot. So, if you want to go to another park, you have to catch the tram (free) or a Disney shuttle bus (free) both to the park and back to meet the hotel bus which further limits your time at the parks. We ended up driving and paying for parking the last two days just for the flexibility and time.

Not expensive for a hotel like that

A very adequate hotel for it's location and price. Breakfast was fine and rooms were satisfactory.

My expectations were not very high, so I was not disappointed by anything.

The staff at the front desk was extremely courteous and helpful.

No amenities in the bathroom. Only 2 small bars of soap. No shampoo/conditioner (which I had not packed thinking that they would at least have 2 small bottles). The hours of the breakfast are too short. They should at least extend it to 10:00 or 10:30 Happy hour is only Monday through Friday, not even on a Saturday.

Great place to stay with teenagers. The breakfast was awesome but wish they will end a bit later especially for vacationers.

Breakfast ends too early on weekdays and not allowed to bring food upstairs.

Great location with an international pattern.The room was big, clean, and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is comfortable. I recommend it.

Very clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast buffet was great with a variety of foods to choose from. Location was very convenient and close to local attractions and restaurants.

Hot in room. Could not adjust air. no refridge or mickwave.

Breakfast is included but very poor. We skipped. A bit noisy but ok. Only downside: you cannot open the windows in the room.

A localização é perfeita,junto aos parques da Disney e das compras.O silencio no quarto,a cozinha completa, o espaço, o bom café da manhã. O ambiente do hotel é muito tranquilo e voltaríamos sem dúvida em outra viagem para Orlando.

Apartamentos amplos. Café da manhã bom para os padrões americanos. Local para lavagem de roupas. Comodidades do quarto como cozinha completa.

Pouca variedade no café da manhã.
