Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Lake Buena Vista, a Sky Hotel & Resort  

Breakfast buffet was great with oat meal and everything. Afternoon free beer -time was fun specialty. Room was very clean and comfort.

I loved almost everything about our stay at the hotel. The combination of features and room accommodation (suite) were our reason for selecting the hotel. One of the main reasons was the shuttle service. Some have complained about the breakfast. While it was limited in scope, it was good enough for a free hot breakfast every day and they did change the selections each day we were there. We filled up every AM which really helped to keep the food costs down.

While the shuttle service was nice, there are only 3 different AM pick up times and 3 different PM park pick up times. The last park pick up time (10:30) fills ups at 8:45 for the first hotel pick-up. If you are not taking the first shuttle to the parks, I recommend going down at 8:30 and waiting in line to reserve a 11:30 pick up time. The shuttles were nice but again the limited pick up times make them somewhat restrictive. Also, the shuttle only goes to Epcot. So, if you want to go to another park, you have to catch the tram (free) or a Disney shuttle bus (free) both to the park and back to meet the hotel bus which further limits your time at the parks. We ended up driving and paying for parking the last two days just for the flexibility and time.

The location for all the parks are perfect , 20-25 minutes from all the parks

No windows in the room !!! when I came to the hotel at 2 am , I've got on the beginning a smaller room from I've ordered . The Clark told me that this is the kind of room they can see booking ordered !!! I showed the form I had with the room I ordered and it took me a hour and a half to get the right room.it was very frustrated to wait so long time when my kids are sleeping in the car and we need to wake up early .

Cómodo, limpio, práctico, muy cerca de Disney y I4 (Universal y outlets). Volvería.

Já é a segunda vez que nos hospedamos no hotel. Os quartos são ótimos - amplos e com cozinha e sala de estar. As toalhas são macias e a limpeza do quarto e excelente. Um fator positivo o fato de não aceitar fumantes pois os quartos possuem carpete sem cheiro algum.... O hotel disponibiliza café da manhã e a piscina também é excelente para relaxar. O estacionamento é gratuito.

Localização. Café da manhã razoável. Happy hour perfeito!!!!(de segunda a quinta).

Gostei muito da localização, é excelente, perto dos parques, restaurantes, supers.

Acho que deveria trocar a roupa de cama mais seguido, este ponto seixou a desejar....

Hotel bem localizado, ou seja, entre os parques da Disney e Universal, proximidade com hipermercados, restaurantes, lanchonetes e outlets. Se voltar para Orlando/ Lake Buena Vista com certeza será minha primeira opção. O único senão é que nenhum funcionário da recepção fala português, mas mesmo assim superam pela simpatia e pelo esforço em melhor atendê-lo. O café da manhã é razoável aos padrões dos hotéis brasileiros, mas o estrutura do quarto com microondas, geladeira, fogão, torradeira, fez com que pudessemos tomar o café no proprio quarto é claro após uma despesa barata no hipermercado supracitado. Voltaria com certeza neste hotel também pela proximidade com o SeaWorld e o aeroporto. Posso estar enganado, mas para mim é o melhor ponto de lbv. Agradeço ao Booking.com, pois não tive nenhum problema com o hotel em relação a valores e o que foi reservado. Um grande abraço a todos.

O café da manhã poderia ser atualizado para os padrões dos eua e para os brasileiros, haja visto a grande quantidade de brasileiros hospedados neste hotel. Mas não que isto seja um estorvo que me fizesse procurar outra opção.

Es un Hotel muy bien ubicado para trasladarse a los parques, muy familiar, buena relación precio, atención, buen desayuno, habitaciones cómodas , personal atento y con predisposición, parking muy bueno en los jardines del hotel.

La gran tranquilidad y las habitaciones grandes, y con salidas al parkink sin pasar por el loby.

Le ménage laisse a désirer, les draps n'ont pas été changé de 8 jours,la salle de bain était limite quand nous sommes arrivés (cheveux dans la douche), les nappes des tables du petit dej ne sont jamais lavés (en 8 jours), les tables colles...dommage car l'hotel est assez agréable, personnel de la réception sympathique, mais vraiment trop sale
