Spacious, clean, good breakfast,
Old people lugging suitcases up stairs in dark, furniture showing much wear, staff acting as though tired of job, breakfast on second floor, access by stairs only
Room wasnt very clean..smelled like smoke and floor wasnt vaccuumed..
This facility was converted from another chain. The location was fine and the desk help was adequate. Good value. Breakfast was terrific!
Had to move from one of the two rooms we booked. The hotel says it is smoke free but the room clearly had been smoked in for an extended period of time and then "cleaned". Had to move after one night. Furnishings and curtains are dated and starting to show wear.
Location was across from lots of shopping & easy to access highways, private entrance & real fireplace was wonderful, very clean, staff was helpful, great breakfast available; nice to have a nice place that take pets that I can afford
Couch was not very comfie & I didn't know fireplace too dura-logs so I did run out to get some (not hard to find locally); bathroom was small so if you are a large person that may not work very well
Size of room Cleaning staff helpful Good bed
Could do with a deep clean like under items, but with the money you pay its fair price.
The amount of space in the suite.
The carpet was dirty as well as the furniture. There were visible spots and stains on the furniture. The cabinet drawers were falling apart in the kitchen. I will not stay here again!~!
I like the size of the room.
I based my vacation on the fact that you had a pool for my children and a hot tub for my husband. The problem was the hot tub wasn't working the pool wasn't clean and we never had a spot to park. We had to park on the other side of the hotel and walk to our room every night and walk to the truck every morning. My husband was very unhappy and will never recommend anyone to stay there.
I liked that it had a kitchen, a lot of closet and bathroom space and didn't feel cramped.
There was no information in the room that showed what you had to offer -- i.e. where to get ice; location of pool / hot tub; what was downstairs to offer guests food / drink wise, or even what stores or restaurants are around the area. I tried to take a hot bath after driving all day since the hot tub wasn't working, but the water didn't get very hot. The room, however, was 78 degrees one night, and 81 the next. It stayed pretty warm which made it a bit hard to sleep.
Don;t kn ow for sure but think I got bedbug bites. I had problems with them before and it was the same.
We liked the location, hence the reason we originally booked it, but this should have nothing to do with review ratings. Location is strictly an individual criteria and shouldn't be used to raise the overall rating of a hotel. We originally booked this hotel because of its review rating number being over 8.
It was absolutely THE dirtiest hotel I have ever been in. We walked in the room, and both my wife and I about the same time, said "I'm not staying in here" and we went back to the front desk to cancel our reservation. We booked at a higher rate directly across the street at another "suites" hotel and it was immaculate.
I liked that the pool was open until 10 so after a long day of travel, my kids could blow off some steam.
The front desk person was rude and gave no information about the facilities except the pool. He acted like we were a waste of his time. The room was missing garbage bins in the bathroom. The front desk was impossible to get a hold of and for $134, it was outdated. Everywhere I turned, rusty, cracked floors, paint off the ceiling. The cheaper places I stayed on my cross country trip were much nicer and half the price! This place needs an upgrade and better staff.
great help with the breakfast --being handicapped its hard to go to the "upstairs" to the free breakfast --they had a person "bring down" the meal for me and the wife --the desk folks and room help are very friendly and helpful.
the handicapped shower / bathroom floor can be a bit slippery when wet --so be sure to take extra care .
Location, size of the room
The whole places needs to be updated.
WiFi access code didn't work
Great price and location
was promised a queen suite with fireplace and did not get that
Courteous and friendly personnel, rooms were very well kept and sleeping arrangements were exceptional.
Believe it used to be a studio apartment complex in a nice area. So, very big room w/ kitchenette, and small living room area; however, chain is letting it run down and had to ask for clean blankets. Area of hotel was safe and very nice with newer buildings near by.
Cleanliness could had been better. I was not concerned with major items, but there was a cob web under ledge and had to request clean blankets due to stains and some food particles on them. Slightly less than average due to these things.
Nice having a kitchenette m Location
Management not calling after notifying of problems.
Location. Showers. Room was quite.
Dirtiest room I have ever had. I left a sample of the dirt I wiped off a lamp shade at the front desk. I also took photos that I may share. Deceptive advertising as to what a "penthouse suite" is. For $30 more I got a murphy bed that was uncomfortable. A fire place. No one told me to bring my own wood. Overall it was a bad experience for the price we paid. We will be avoiding all Wyndem properties in the future.
We got an upgrade it was very roomy!
Curtains were dirty...didn't get cool in the room all nite long.
It was very nice and quiet I enjoyed my stay there....
lovely spacious suites We had a great time . Henry and Ena
They need to put up handrails going up the slopped steps As I have a disability and trucks and cars were parked halfway up the steps It should be a no parking in front of the steps We know that parking is very limited . Also the breakfast should be on the main floor for easy entrees for disability
The suite was excellent. The facilities were as described and excellent. The pool was good. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was above excellent
The signage for the street location was very poor and we had to do some hunting to find it.
Room was not very clean. Refrigerator was dirty with spilled liquid. Toilet stained. Most of all room reeked of cigarette smoke for a non smoking room. It was so bad my spouse left to go home in the middle of the night. Bad experience overall.
The feel of a little apartment with fridge, stove, microwave, etc
The décor is a bit dated and drab
