Great location, friendly staff, and very comfortable rooms! Definitely a home away from home.

I liked the spaciousness of the room,. I liked the Thursday night social gathering with free food, wine and beer.

The service was personalized and staff really went out of their way to help us as we had to return a rental car and used the airport shuttle to do that. The check in person really heard me when I said that one bed would not work for us and upgraded us to a two bedroom suite at no extra charge. She did not have to do this. I was so impressed with her composure and ease handling a tired and grumpy traveler. Kudos to Staybridge for providing excellent service in a very competitive environment. The Hotel is lovely and deserve more than 3 stars.

This hotel was excellent value for money. We originally booked one night as it's an airport hotel and we thought it would be convenient. It was but we also booked the following two nights as we were so impressed (our schedule meant that we were moving on after that otherwise we would have stayed longer). The shuttle bus collected us promptly from the airport, we also went back to the airport via the shuttle bus to collect a hire car, again it was prompt with a friendly, helpful driver. Our room was actually rooms. There was a sitting room/kitchen area, bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was extremeley well stocked with cutlery, crockery, saucepans etc., also 2 cooking rings, refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. There were flat screen TVs is both bedroom and lounge. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. There are free laundry facilities for guests also a reasonable sized pool, gym and computer room, there's also a library area.. Amazingly, as well as breakfast each day, on Tuesday - Thursday there is a social between 5.30 and 7.30 where there is free food and wine or beer. The food is hamburger type fayre, but different each night, there's a very good salad bar and free soft drinks/coffee. The food is very plentiful and constantly replenished.

Need own transport to get into Orlando, which is a very minor inconvenience.

i liked the free continental breakfast, the weekday evening complimentary wine, beer and food. the pool, basketball court and cook out area by the pool.

the hotel room that we got had the cabinet door falling off the hinges, the fridge did not make any ice, the ac vents was dirty and the bath tube backed up when we took a shower, so we request and got another room the following day. the room was okay, but the closet door was off the hinge and we had to request house keeping to clean our room.

I ove the spacious suites. Very clean. Shuttle service to convention at Airport Hyatt was great even though I as traveling with a young child. Overall I really like this hotel. Breakfast was pretty good. A little earlier would be better for people that have conventions.

One of the nights there was only one shuttle running and our dance convention finished at around 11;00 PM. We went to eat and called the shuttle at the same time to give them enough time to arrive while we ate. We finished eating and to our surprise someone else from the hotel took the shuttle back. It took the shuttle almost an hour to arrive. Our kids were exausted from long workshops and fell asleep on the benches waiting for the shuttle. Even the valet surpervisor at the Hyatt called Staybride to see what was happening. When you call for a shuttle, you give a room number. I do not think it was right for the driver to just pick up the next group of people waiting for the shuttle without asking who called. This was the only bad experience we encountered at the hotel.

The hotel was simply perfect.

Would gladly stay again. A comfortable and well-equipped suite. A lot more than I had expected for the price.

Clean, comfortable, great rooms, sundowner reception-(free beer, wine, appetizers), shuttle and free (great) breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful.

There really wasn't anything major to dislike. I wished the breakfast started at 6am instead of 6:30am because we had to take the 7am shuttle for our flight. But we still enjoyed a quick breakfast.

The full kitchen was well thought out. The suite layout was very comfortable, expecially the quality of the king size bed. This is a relaxing place....the staff is there when you need them, but non-intrusive when you don't. The full breakfast was a real plus and very good. The location was very convenient to all parks, shopping, many restaurants and the airport. Highly recommend.

Серьезный минус, который было бы желательно указать в описании. В номере отлично оборудованная кухня, НО ни одного магазина рядом. Мы с женой были в медовом месяце и путешествовали по миру и останавливались там всего на пару дней - машину на прокат не брали.. в итоге получается, что можно готовить что угодно, а купить продукты негде... до магазинов пешком _очень_ далеко, а тратить на такси ~40 долларов, чтобы сгонять до Wallmart'а и обратно и взять себе что-то поужинать несколько бредово. Вообще, конечно, Орландо такой город, в котором нечего делать _без_ машины, если вы приезжаете на 3-7 дней и более, т.к. весь город состоит из трасс. Даже дорогу не перейдешь. Рядом с отелем есть Hooters, где можно поесть и поглазеть на девок :) У отеля нет трансфера до тематических парков, но вызывают такси с дисконтом... До парка Universal Studios выходит $35 в одну сторону. Так что учтите - если вы не планируете брать машину на прокат, то магазинов рядом вы не увидите, а в самом отеле продаются только всякие перекусоны. Шаттл до аэропорта бесплатный - подойдите за день и сообщите, когда он вам понадобится.

الغسالات قليلق وبعضها لايعمل الكثير من النزلاء لديهم كلاب يضايقون الممرات ولاشي آخر الفندق جيد

Comfortable and helpful staff!

Shuttle rides to airport were only on the hour and a long ride.

Perfect location for the airport. Would be great for a family stay

Location to airport excellent - less than 10 mins in a taxi. Good breakfast included in price of room. Comfortable bed, loads of space & good kitchen facilities in room if required.

Brown decor. Musty smell in rooms. Inability to open even a small window.

The suite was well maintained and well equipped. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The free buffet was limited - but it was free and served its purpose meaning that we could eat quickly and get to bed after a long journey
