I didn't really stay there, my daughter from Alaska did. She telephoned to tell me she felt safe, welcome and that you had a hot jacuzzi, pool and shopping and restaurant right there. A friend and I often go to Sacramento. Alice suggested your hotel.

Al said she was surprised that it was 15 miles from the airport, but it was so safe feeling and delightful that she'd stay there again.

Com dinner, and breakfast were excellant! Friendly staff!

My room #109 reeked of mildue. I was too tired to request a change and had to put up with it for the night.

The shuttle to the airport was convenient and both drivers were very respectful.

The room was dank and smelled like mold. The walls were dripping of old nicotine. Very much needs a face lift! Definitely not worthy of $109 a night.

Over charged and try to justify the mistake, never contacted me to see if everything worked out

Under construction. Hard to get to my room. Elevator was down. Weight room was closed for construction. Room key wouldn't work several times.

The beds were heavenly. the best nights sleep had on our 10 day trip!

The girls at the front desk were very friendly and were accommodating to my family's needs.

Tv did not work properly There were crumbs on the couch from the last person that stay there. The room seem not to have vacuumed properly

Didn't like the memory foam matress! Had a king size bed with big lump down middle of bed. Only one reg coffee with coffee pot in room.

Room rate fit my budget; location close to airport; shuttle service was a plus!

Smell in the hallways was off-putting; so was the smell in the room until A/C was turned on; would not return if had to stay more then one night

Clean, large room with comfortable beds. Great, friendly and courteous staff. Breakfast was very well prepared and there was plenty of fresh food to eat. Parking was easy and park and fly worked out well. Driver was courteous and helpful.

Renovated room had some details overlooked: 1. Lavatory faucet leaked at handle and failed to control temperature well. 2. Toiled stopped up and was a problem. 3. Shower flow was pathetically low. 4. Park and fly van was a puny rig, although new. As a 6'2" person it was crowded.

Smell very much like disinfectant. Gave me a headache. There was remodeling going on. They did not have our reservation.

1. Fitness room opens too late, at 6am. 2. Locks to the building were not working properly, i.e. you could get into the building without a room key.

I personally liked all the renovations. Carpert, paint pictures the breakfast buffet, fireplace fountain outside, and the staff was very helpful and good at what they were doing. The bed sleeps better than my bed at home. I would love to know what kind it is.

The only thing I can think of was : when taking shower the water temputure would not stay at one temputure. And the coke machine ripped me off. But everything else was excellent!

Staff was very accomadating/Shuttle serve, Map directions,Restraunt referrals all exceptional service!!

Then oolite and office staff was very polite and professional. upkeep in the rooms has improved greatly. It might still a good idea, to "fabreeze" the carpets from time to time.
