close to the event
our (card) keys kept on getting erased
the transportation from the hotel to other places. Although hotel offers shuttle, but the shuttle were not frequent in the evening.
Nice quiet place right off the hwy. very nice breakfast and staff was very accommodating and helpful . We would definitely stay here again. Great value for the money.
Not very close to resturants
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The dining room was alright, and had a pretty decent selection for the breakfast. The exterior was very nice. The beds were memory foam. This made for a pretty comfortable sleep.
Our room did not have a do not disturb sign. I asked for one at the desk, but didn't get one. The room was kinda stale smelling when we got in there. I think it had to do with the cleansers they used. The elevator to the floor smelled like a restroom. While not the fault of the hotel, the neighborhood was kinda run down for such a nice looking hotel. I didn't always feel safe leaving my car in places around there.
good place to stay
Lovely rooms, clean spacious & well equipped
Great breakfast Good gym Great price
It is clear the cheap price is a result of the hotel not spending more money on a better key card system. We had to re-magnetise our cards virtually every use. This was frustrating and unacceptable. It was in Sacramento. It is apparent there is no reason to visit Sacrcamento other than for business, and if your business takes you there regularly, I suggest you change jobs (clearly though, this is not entirely the hotel's fault).
The smell of the room was stale and smokie, the staff was not upfront.
Large room, good bed, nice pool and spa excellent wifi connexion Breakfast of good quality Efficient and kind front desk Very good money for value Near dowtown
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Lot needs to have security patrolling. Every day I would see homeless people walking through the parking lot. The first room I was in had bad electrical outlets and dirty bed linens. The next room I got was clean. Some of the electrical outlets did not work and the air conditioner only worked some of the time. When I had them clean the room mid-week, they changed the towels but only made the bed. They did not change the linens. They did not bring in more cups for coffee as they were paper. The direct tv worked but was very slow and would the show would freeze and then skip. Unwatchable on every channel.
Great free breakfast! Good value for the money. The night I was there it was quiet and was able to sleep peacefully (which is unusual for a hotel). Pleasantly surprised.
There's really nothing I did not like.
The room was basic but nice. The hot breakfast was very good! The pool and whirlpool were great for relaxing and having a little fun. We felt safe, despite the surroundings. It was a good deal for what we paid overall.
The location has gone down. There are homeless people walking along the street (but not within the hotel grounds). Also, the towels were kinda thin.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Full fridge, double burner, garbage disposal and sink very handy. They accommodated my partial disabilities and gave a disabled suite. Nice pool area. Hotel staff agreed to let me have friends and family over to have a little pool party. We were all in town for a wedding. Good shower pressure. Good bed.
They did not make up my room one of the three days I was there, even though I went out. (Sent extra towels when I requested cleaning, but did not even empty trash.) Water flowed from bathroom ceiling early one morning. They came as soon as I called them and it didn't happen again. Pillows somewhat lumpy. Closed door still let in a lot of light around jamb and bottom. I covered with pillows.
Rooms were large, about 400 sq ft Beds were comfortable Rooms were clean Breakfast was above average Hotel staff was very professional and friendly Pool area was clean and the grounds were well kept Denny's and McDonald's are in walking distance
It's next to a gas station which had some shady characters hanging out. The door in my room had daylight coming through around the whole frame.
Nice room bed was great
Staff was friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed the WiFi, kitchen, and access to the fitness center.
Service is good, staff is friendly.
Bathroom was inacceptable! The paint was coming off from the bathtub.
+ 3 miles from capital mall + quiet enough
- breakfast is not rich, coffee is terrible - soap + shampoo, no option with gel + shampoo - bed furnishing looks non-ironed
Free airport shuttle and staff was pleasing.
The room was filthy and old. The tub was chipped and stained with black mold. The tile grout was black with filth. The chair in the room had stains all over it, we refused to sit in it. The bed skirt on one of the beds had a huge area of God knows what suck to it. I have never stayed in a more disgusting room. If we hadn't been stranded with no other options I would have left. We stayed in room F109
I like that the room had everything in it but the set up is not good.
I didn't like the fact that it supposed to be non-smoking but people smoke right out side the door
It was only 4 minutes away from our weekend festival. Nice size rooms. really only needed it for sleeping. The free breakfast is pretty good. Ladies were very nice and efficient at the check-in desk
Maybe a better shower head
The place was clean and seamed secure
The beds were terriable and the pillows even worse lol, the maid did not do a good job on the room and did not leave coffee or cups several times, the fridge was not cold and needed to be replaced, the remote control did not work and the towel rack was falling off the wall
Nothing very disappointed
This hotel is an easy drive to downtown Sacramento. Its comfortable suites offer a chance for some family time without the need to go out to eat - very welcome on a long road trip. There is a good supermarket a 5 minute drive away.
The hotel was very full and noisy in the public areas - poolside and restaurant. It was difficult to find a table at breakfast. Air conditioning was inadequate.
