Rooms are showing signs of use and age. Restaurants in the immediate area have closed and the undesirable and homeless people are prevelant in the area. We have stayed here several times in the past but won't in the future. This was a great place to stay in the past, but not any longer....
Great Staff, Breakfast area very clean and good selections
Exercise room. Good choice of equipment and adequate space to work out
Carpet was below average. People smoke outside on decks and it still manages to make its way down the hallway and into the rooms. Designated areas away from the buildings would be much better.
Little outside noise, plenty of parking
Room was very smelly, dog smell maybe? I had some very noisy neighbours which limited my sleep.
The facility was really nice and allowed for some privacy as we stayed in F building.
I didn't like that my room was not ready when I arrived. Especially since I arrived well after the check- in time.
The first thing me and my husband noticed was the weed smell when we entered the D building. It was noisy at 2am coming from across the hall when we were trying to sleep. We could hear loud footsteps coming from upstairs. We spotted ants on the floor and counter of the booth room and sink.
The room was stuffy and had a funny smell. The bed was hard. We did not like the room at all.. We would not stay there again.
Staff very pleasant and room location nice and quiet. Breakfast offerings include scrambled eggs and waffles and nice condiments like walnuts and raisins.
Convienence to sacramento and downtown
Internet was slow
it is my home away from home I love it staff is great breakfast is good the spa is awesome and the bed is comfortable
they want too much to bring your pets
quiet nice comfortable rooms, secure grounds.
it seems I was charged 20.00 more than my booking. com quote.
Best bed ever at a hotel. Good location, nice room close to act activities. Definitely will stay again
The bed, great space, better breakfast than most similar motels
Simple, nothing extravagant, but rather cozy, comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast was outstanding. Dining area is spacious and welcoming. The shuttle service personnel were polite courteous and conversation was comfortable.
Nicest in area for the money.
Room had bad odor and the A/C did not work.
The location was ideal for our purposes. The WiFi worked well & parking was good. The free breakfast was okay but ended too early during the week.
They did not honor the price quoted from Booking.com, even with the printout that I took with me. The quoted price was $427 for the week but I was charged $588 - quite a difference!
Spacious, clean room, courteous staff, quality of TV and WiFi, sumptuous breakfast, fitness room, kitchenette with microwave oven and coffee maker
It happened to be the coldest winter in Sacramento in the last 24 years! We couldn't have thought of it in advance, otherwise we'd look for a hotel with inside swimming pool.
Over night stay with two week parking and airport shuttle.Good breakfast Buffett before we left.Nice and friendly staff.
It was sad to see so many homeless folks living in the area. Also many businesses closed.
Front desk staff were friendly and attentive. Was skeptical about overstuffed bed but turned out to be very comfortable. Great selection of free movie channels. Property was very well lit at night.
The door to room D102 stuck. Had to use full body weight twice to get in room. No light in bathroom except fan/light combo that was extremely noisy.
Staff could smile a bit more and be "engaged" with the customer of the moment
I love this hotel. Always clean and I always love the staff. The free breakfast is pretty generous and you definitely leave full. The location is ok, it's at least safe. I've stayed here before a couple times and this is sure not my last time.
When we first checked in the key card didnt work so we had to switch to a different room. The beds are too stiff for me. Also the shower in our room was peeling and leaking.
Fair breakfast provided, Good beds.
Non smoking room smelled of smoking. Not enough towels, and often just left them on the table not put in the bathroom. One day, no maid service!!! No clean towels or bed made. No dish cloth for washing dishes. Most of the time our key card would not work and would have to take it to the office which was not convienent!!!
My family arrived late. The check-in process was quick, staff were friendly. Room was clean, and ready. Location was quit with a gas station right next door. Scale of 1-10, I would give a 8.5-9. One of the more nicer places we have stayed in. Will stay again
During check-in was not told about the $50 deposit for damages. Deposit was returned. Staff was very apologetic and made us feel as if this is not a norm. Is this a deal breaker, no. I will stay here again.
cleanliness of room beds uncomfortable the elevator is too far furnituer is too old
