- kein Continental-Frühstück (max. Übereinstimmung für Mitteleuropäer war Kaffee, Toast und Konfitüre/ keine Butter ! haben uns deshalb selbst versorgt) - Teppicherneuerung in den Hotelgängen wäre anzuraten (starke unangenehme Geruchsbildung) : die sehr schön gestaltete Suite (Nr. 507) mit ihrem Komfort hat aber alles wieder wettgemacht

Für Familien mit Kindern ein optimales Preisleistungsverhältnis als Ausgangspunkt für die Themenparks. Kein Top-Hotel, aber sein Geld auf alle Fälle wert. Hat alles was man braucht: Frühstück inkl, Schwimmbad, Appartmentzimmer mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle

It was very conveniently and centrally situated, just off I-4. Very near to Disney, Universal and all other attractions/parks and a short walk to the trolley stop on International Drive. Lots of car parking. A good business center which did not charge for printing airline boarding passes, although on our visit the printer was out of ink! Excellent high speed WiFi internet in rooms.

Nothing at all for the type of hotel (suites) it was.

Great Location. International Drive is 5 minute by walk. Lynx 42 bus stop is at the corner which means airport transportation is easy. Staff was excellent. They are very kind and helpful. Hotel is clean.

Breakfast is almost same everyday. There is meat by some people (like me) may prefer eating fruit. Please take a waffle machine. It would be great. Most people like waffle at breakfast.

Our suite had everything we needed, was comfortable and clean and the included breakfasts and Happy Hour was a plus.

The breakfast area was a little crowded at times, and the slight lack of choice over a week was a bit of a disappointment - but not a showstopper.

The location was close to the attractions we wanted to visit. The rooms were a reasonable size and sufficient for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children), cleaned regularly. The free breakfast was 'ok' though little variety. Toast, bagels, egg and/or sausage were the daily choice with fruit juice and/or coffee/tea. Free wi-fi internet good.

Apart from the small pool there was little to do at this hotel from a family point of view. The receptionist on arrival was rude and did not create a good first impression however the staff spoken to in relation to later issues were less rude yet just about functional and not what could be described as 'friendly'. The condition of the rooms was average, plug sockets not fixed to the wall correctly and internal door locks that did not work correctly.

At check in, we were able to have a cab sent to the hotel by the front desk clerk. The lobby bustled with people enjoying coctails, giving the hotel a great atmosphere right off the bat. The rate was outstanding. Stayed here two years ago while the pool was ungoing construction and paid $50. more. Breakfast met standards. Good stay. will do it again

the hallways did not have airconditioning, however the rooms temp made up for that, i guess a money saving move for the best. no ice machines on the 6th floor,(don't know about the other floors) however the front desk again had no problem going into the kitchen and filling an Ice back for us. nice touch.

The cocktail hour was very nice. It gave the whole family a chance to relax, the adults time to sit and chat and the kids loved the pool.

The time it took to get to the theme park with the shuttle was very long.

Upon arriving I was surprised to see that all the previously read reviews were correct and then some. The check-in staff were fantastic and friendly even though it was a busy long weekend. (I didn't know about the long weekend until I arrived). The room had a kitchen and living room seperate from the bedroom. It even had a dishwasher. And there was a varying hot breakfast every morning. Also complimentary transportation to Disney World everyday. I rented a car and had free parking. And to top it off there wasn't any additional resort fees added to my daily rate. The rate was far below the rates for other comparable hotels.

I liked most the room structure, with microwave oven, freezer and a nice space to rest. I strongly recommend it to other people who are looking for good hotels with comfortable stay...

Diversity of the people we met, everyone got along and enjoyed each other's company.

Since you were going to spend money at most places you had to visit, it would have been nice to get a shuttle from hotel to that place. It would have made it easy to leave your car enjoy the visit, then return.

excellent value at the time i stayed and excellent room facilities

breakfast was adequate and could be improved but there again given cost of hotel difficult to complain.
