Le personnel de reception à l'écoute. Le petit déjeuner n'a que le nom de continental !!! Trés léger dommage car l'hôtel rapport qualité/prix est trés bien à recommander quand même. |

Great Location. International Drive is 5 minute by walk. Lynx 42 bus stop is at the corner which means airport transportation is easy. Staff was excellent. They are very kind and helpful. Hotel is clean. Breakfast is almost same everyday. There is meat by some people (like me) may prefer eating fruit. Please take a waffle machine. It would be great. Most people like waffle at breakfast. |

I was not happy with this hotel. The first room they tried to put us in had two beds and both were unmade, the room was dirty, then the room we stayed in was dirty and the closet door was broken |

Our suite had everything we needed, was comfortable and clean and the included breakfasts and Happy Hour was a plus. The breakfast area was a little crowded at times, and the slight lack of choice over a week was a bit of a disappointment - but not a showstopper. |

The location was close to the attractions we wanted to visit. The rooms were a reasonable size and sufficient for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children), cleaned regularly. The free breakfast was 'ok' though little variety. Toast, bagels, egg and/or sausage were the daily choice with fruit juice and/or coffee/tea. Free wi-fi internet good. Apart from the small pool there was little to do at this hotel from a family point of view. The receptionist on arrival was rude and did not create a good first impression however the staff spoken to in relation to later issues were less rude yet just about functional and not what could be described as 'friendly'. The condition of the rooms was average, plug sockets not fixed to the wall correctly and internal door locks that did not work correctly. |

Convenient location to Universal and Sea world. Friendly and efficient front desk staff. Happy hour/social hour was pleasant. Transportation to Universal was extremely limited--really not any service at all. Breakfast food qulaity--was very poor. |

At check in, we were able to have a cab sent to the hotel by the front desk clerk. The lobby bustled with people enjoying coctails, giving the hotel a great atmosphere right off the bat. The rate was outstanding. Stayed here two years ago while the pool was ungoing construction and paid $50. more. Breakfast met standards. Good stay. will do it again the hallways did not have airconditioning, however the rooms temp made up for that, i guess a money saving move for the best. no ice machines on the 6th floor,(don't know about the other floors) however the front desk again had no problem going into the kitchen and filling an Ice back for us. nice touch. |

We enjoyed the reception...the free drinks poolside. We would have enjoyed it more had there been music. Our room had a great design...in our opinion. The mattresses on our beds were horrible...they sunk in the middle...very uncomfortable. Also, one of the reasons that we stayed at this hotel, was for the hot breakfast...we found it disappointing. We stayed somewhere else last year, their hot breakfast was much better. And again, music out by the pool, especially at cocktail time would have been nice. We asked for it...the person that could do it "was busy", we were told. |

The cocktail hour was very nice. It gave the whole family a chance to relax, the adults time to sit and chat and the kids loved the pool. The time it took to get to the theme park with the shuttle was very long. |

Polite and attentive staff. We had to change rooms because of the noisy air con unit which was next to the bed, the taps over the bath were hanging out of the wall, and the adjoining door had its lock fixed in with mastic.....looked and felt unsecure!! In the second room we had to call for the maintenance man to attend to the tv and the hairdryer needed replacing. Breakfast was very poor on choice and quality. The lifts didn't seem to have air con in them. Overal the hotel needs money spending on it!! |

Upon arriving I was surprised to see that all the previously read reviews were correct and then some. The check-in staff were fantastic and friendly even though it was a busy long weekend. (I didn't know about the long weekend until I arrived). The room had a kitchen and living room seperate from the bedroom. It even had a dishwasher. And there was a varying hot breakfast every morning. Also complimentary transportation to Disney World everyday. I rented a car and had free parking. And to top it off there wasn't any additional resort fees added to my daily rate. The rate was far below the rates for other comparable hotels. |

Close to Disney, had shuttles ,but we drove over anyway because the frequency of the shuttles was not often enough. Our bathroom sink leaked and puddled on the floor.The drapery would not close completely and a light outside our window shined on the bed all night. the fruit on the breakfast buffet was not good.(canned peaches) |

Diversity of the people we met, everyone got along and enjoyed each other's company. Since you were going to spend money at most places you had to visit, it would have been nice to get a shuttle from hotel to that place. It would have made it easy to leave your car enjoy the visit, then return. |

The room was very comfortable, and the kitchenette was very useful. The hotel location is excellent for shopping and going to the theme parks. Breakfast, although abundant, lacked variety. It should contain more fresh fruit and more cereals. |

Very clean and beautiful place. We were in a suite and everything was there, big fridge, stove, microwave, iron facilities. It was perfect. One of the main reasons for us to chose this hotel was the free WIFI. It didn't work at all. When we talked to the staff they gave us a number that we had to call ourselves and after this it still didn't work. They had a business room with internet which we could use, but we would have to pay extra!!! Really bad service. |

Price, convenience to Universal, staff and breakfast service The final check off the cleanliness of the room, this should have been check before rented, our room had chocolate on the bathroom floor and you can imagine what we thought it was at first!!! |
