Hotellets beliggenhed er perfekt i forhold til butikker og bylivet, hvor man bor kun ca.100-200 m fra centrum(Union Square) i San Francisco. Man skal dog være forberedt på gadestøj om aftenen. |

I liked that we had a 2 room suite, you could have some privacy. It was so convenient to shopping and the meeting I attended. The price was right and you were so close to a lot of what SF offered. Staff was friendly and helpful. No ice machine |

The convenience of being close to everything. Liked the 3 room suite as it was very comfortable for 4 people. Staff was friendly and accomodated our requests very efficiently. No screens on the windows and it would be nice if there was air conditioning at the hotel. Weather was beautiful but it did get kind of stuffy in the rooms. |

The room was basic but the location was ideal, great shops, bars and restaurants just minutes away by foot, the cable car stops right outside the door and the train and underground station is right at the end of the street. Also, there is a laundry room which was handy because were on a long holiday so it was nice to keep our clothes clean! There was a little bit of noise from the street as we had a room in the front of the hotel, maybe the back rooms would be quieter, but were still on Irish time so we were waking in the middle of the night anyway! by the third night we didnt really notice it |

The spacious shower and tempur pedic mattress made it feel like a much higher-end hotel. The room was small but efficient, perfect for sleeping but not if you plan on spending a long time in the room. I do not recomend the mexican resturant downstairs....gross. |

3 rooms to accommodate my family for a good price. A very European feel to the hotel and rooms. The kids loved having their own room! Very close to lots of good shopping! Squeeking doors |

Good clean room, good size and all the things you need. The location is amazing, pretty much right next to the Powell St station so if you're catching the train from the airport or trams around the city its right at your door step. I found the staff very helpful with any questions I had Room was pretty hot on hot days, so air con, or maybe even just a fan to stir the air would be good. |

The hotel was centrally located so it made day adventures very easy. The hotel offered a double room to give some privacy between the 4 of us and had temprapedic beds which made sleeping suprisingly comfortable. Being in the center of the city, there was a lot of outside noise. Also 4 people double room, only 1 bathroom... |

The servicing of the room was prompt and efficient. All facilities, eg plumbing, electrical, in the room worked. Temperature was extremely hot and there was no air conditioning. The temperature in the hall outside the room was fine. |

I liked the cleanliness of the room, and the proximity of the hotel to the center of downtown. The personnel were courteous, as well; they even determined on their own that they had charged me a small amount more than they should have, and credited my account back the excess. There was really far too little counter space in the bathroom, and the placement of the Internet cable was quite inconvenient. |

Sorry to say did not enjoy the stay, my aunt got bitten alive by bed bugs, we went to a doctor as she was so bad and he confirmed it was bed bugs. I was also bitten and had to spend lots of money on creams.when we asked to speak to someone in charge no one could see us or listen to our complaint very bad customer service. my family tried to call me at our room and could never get put though to the room |

The hotel is very clean, the facility is basic but enough and convenient to bart station, the location is very good, and the room is large compared with other same rate hotel. |

We liked the location in the centre of the city - and despite this the room was reasonably quiet. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very basic which was ok for an overnight stay or a weekend but I would not choose it for a longer stay. In addition there was only ever one member of staff on the desk and sometimes she was very busy or on a short break (each situation led to longer waiting to check in or more worryingly to collect bags and check out with taxis waiting) |
