great downtown location, although this also meant it was quite noisy at night. Room was on the small side but quite comfortable. tv was tiny, but at least we had one. It was a little strange that the reception is inside a mexican restaurant, but thid didnt cause any problems. |

It´s relatively a cheap hotel but really clean and comfortable, and not far from a conference location such as Moscone Ctr. Not far also from Union Square if you wanna have a breakfast in Tiffany :) It´s located in downtown so surely it´s not a quiet place, but if you just close your window it´ll not be a big problem. The mexican restaurant is near the lobby |

Location The elevator did not work for 2 of the 3 days we stayed. We had to climb up and down 7 flights of stairs. The staff did not care that the elevator was broke for 2 days. We would of moved hotels exept our luggage was up 7 flights of stairs. I slipped and fell getting in the shower from the cleaner that was left from housekeepeers. Hit my back and head on the faucet. I would not recomment this hotel. |

Reminded us of our hotel in Paris. The elevator was out for two days;we stayed on the fifth floor and carried our bags up and down. The rooms were tiny, the TV even tinier. |

I liked that we had a 2 room suite, you could have some privacy. It was so convenient to shopping and the meeting I attended. The price was right and you were so close to a lot of what SF offered. Staff was friendly and helpful. No ice machine |

The convenience of being close to everything. Liked the 3 room suite as it was very comfortable for 4 people. Staff was friendly and accomodated our requests very efficiently. No screens on the windows and it would be nice if there was air conditioning at the hotel. Weather was beautiful but it did get kind of stuffy in the rooms. |

The room was basic but the location was ideal, great shops, bars and restaurants just minutes away by foot, the cable car stops right outside the door and the train and underground station is right at the end of the street. Also, there is a laundry room which was handy because were on a long holiday so it was nice to keep our clothes clean! There was a little bit of noise from the street as we had a room in the front of the hotel, maybe the back rooms would be quieter, but were still on Irish time so we were waking in the middle of the night anyway! by the third night we didnt really notice it |

The spacious shower and tempur pedic mattress made it feel like a much higher-end hotel. The room was small but efficient, perfect for sleeping but not if you plan on spending a long time in the room. I do not recomend the mexican resturant downstairs....gross. |

Good clean room, good size and all the things you need. The location is amazing, pretty much right next to the Powell St station so if you're catching the train from the airport or trams around the city its right at your door step. I found the staff very helpful with any questions I had Room was pretty hot on hot days, so air con, or maybe even just a fan to stir the air would be good. |

The hotel was centrally located so it made day adventures very easy. The hotel offered a double room to give some privacy between the 4 of us and had temprapedic beds which made sleeping suprisingly comfortable. Being in the center of the city, there was a lot of outside noise. Also 4 people double room, only 1 bathroom... |
