Emplacement géographique parfait : accès aux transports en commun pour une visite de la ville dans toutes les directions, quartiers SF by night accessibles à pied pour les longues soirées. Déco moderne. Bruyant, il faut sortir et être fatigué pour profiter de la nuit et de la grasse matinée. |

L'emplacement. A l'arrivée le lieu parait presque sordide. Le cab car cache d'ailleurs l'aspect de l'hotel. Pas de comptoir d'accueil digne de ce nom, avec même une souris en prime. Personnel à l'accueil indifferent. Très bruyant. Lieu pour touriste étudiant mais pas pour des personnes de 60 ans et plus. |

Great location, clean & functional room, no unexpected issues. Air con noise is a pain but earplugs solve that ok. The lift is a bit slow but fortunately the hotel was not busy enough for this to matter. Would like a fridge available in room but then that is another source of noise. |

Central location. My room was on the O'Farrell Street side of the building. There was street noise all night and it disturbed my sleep. And it was a Wednesday night, not a weekend night. Street musicians played until late and then trash pickup trucks came and went the rest of the early morning. Next time I'll ask for a room on the other side of the building. |

The location was great. All the furniture was nice, new and comfortable and easy access to Internet. The shower was really really bad, no pressure of the water. The windows were like paper, I had the feeling of being sleeping on the street. I guess if you stay on the Powell St. you get this. I would totally recommend staying there, but not for more than 2-3 nights. |

There was absolutely nothing flashy about this hotel. Very basic but that’s all that we were looking for. The beds were very comfortable. They seemed to be in the middle of a revamp when we stayed and there was a lot of changing of the reception area and painting etc. All in all we were very happy with the hotel. I would say though to the management with a little imagination and not a huge amount of money the facilities in the rooms could be drastically improved. For example putting in mugs instead of polystyrene cups…. I would have no problem staying here in the future. |
