We upgraded to the hypoallergenic floor since cigarette smoke irritates my hubby's eyes and sinus. I'm glad they had that option and the entire floor was smoke-free. Friendly staff. Breakfast voucher was a great deal.
Lobby area wreaked of cigarette smoke. Wifi was almost non-existent.
Free shuttle to the airport for my very early flight.
Nothing to not like.
Being close to the lounge and restaurant. The rates are reasonable and the location makes it easy to find.
staff was excellent local motel, not a chain location is good price was fair internet service was good
rooms need to be clean better snow removal was slow cafe/lounge was closed for the entire holiday season smoking rooms in the west building are in need of remodeling
Room was easily accessible to street/parking. The staff was friendly. Food in the restaurant was very good.In all, my stay was pleasant. useful to the purpose of being convenient to an early surgery appointment. If the need arises, I will return.
The bedspread needed to be replaced, as it was worn and had 'pills' all over it; lending the room to 'shabbiness,' in my opinion.
We couldn't be happier with the rate and real breakfast we got from staying with Jorgenson's.
We arrived at 8:30 PM with our 22 month old daughter in tow. We were placed in room 509 but after a while we realized the heater wasn't going to blow anything but cold air. We called the front desk and they moved us next door to 511 and thankfully the heater was great. Then we went to bed and the alarm clock in room 509 was going off and playing country music loudly. We called the front desk and they sent someone over and we heard them go in that room and turn it off. The sound of silence was great. Probably 20 minutes later the same alarm clock start going off but this time it was the VERY loud "Beep Beep" alarm which lasted for 20 minutes before we called again and we heard the staff go in the room and yank the darn thing from the wall. We had a laugh as that was exactly how we felt. Now for you. How the heck does that happen? Did the staff hit the snooze button only? I get it that people set weird alarm times, etc but maybe the housekeeping staff can do a quick check to make sure the alarm is shut to off after every check out?
Clean, comfortable, quiet in main building.
Better directions to find it off of I 15.
Everything, could not find anything not to like!
food and coffee and their Natura shampoo
I like relaxing in a spa, the hotels pool/spa was in repair, but the hotel had an arrangement with a local gym for guest to use. this was a very good place, and appreciate the hotel for providing it for the guests.
The associated restaurant was saturated with stale cigarette smoke to the point you wouldn't want to eat the food.
Breakfast, waitress in the restaurant were excellent
Bathtub did not drain, no anti-slip matts in bathtubs, wornout soft mattress
Breakfast was very good. Room was nice and comfortable.
Mattress was too hard for me.
We enjoyed everything about our stay at Jorgensens. and will stay there again. The Complimentary Hot Served Breakfast was the bdest we have ever had on this trip into Montana!!!
The only thing I didn't like was the lighting-please get some higher watt light bulbs!!
Staff was very nice, sit down breakfast included in their own coffee shop, with waitress
older and a bit worn out
The free breakfast is outstanding--they have a small sit-down menu which includes your choice of egg, bacon and hashbrowns plate, french toast or pancakes, oatmeal or cereal, plus beverage. The portions are generous and the wait staff is courteous and efficient. No standing in line waiting for staff to refill breakfast items!
We were first placed in the older, non-updated building, which was like an old Motel 6. Opt for the upgrade and stay in the main hotel--lovely bedding, nicer bathrooms and more amenities. We stayed on the 3rd floor and it was very quiet as well.
An interesting facility with historic photos from the 1950s and on. Very nicely updated and clean. Good value.
The best free included continentel breakfast we have had on our round trip.
The street was a litle bit ti noisy.
They had a fundraiser in the parking lot outside our room. We had to change rooms due to the noise. The laundry room lights are on a timer to go off after 60 seconds so you have to keep waiving your arms to keep the lights on. It's not in a very good part of town so restaurant choices are limited. The have a free shuttle but we did not k ow about it until we checked out. We were on motorcycles and it was raining so a shuttle would have been nice. I would stay elsewhere.
Beds were comfortable! Plenty of parking. Candee was an awesome registration receptionist.
Had to ask for washclothes, soap, shampoo both nights we stayed. We had a reservation for 3 adults. I expected enough towels, etc. for all three of us. The extra bed was in a room without airconditioning, only heat. Also, my wife is highly allergic to dust, and dust was on the headboards and nightstand lamps.
The bed was advertised as a queen, but was only a double
A great location -easy to get to -easy to find-nice clean room-GREAT breakfast and good food at the restaurant.
Super nice staff.
Sink so low i had to kneel to shave!
The rooms were very comfortable, modern and clean. The free breakfast was very good.
Hauling my luggage to my top floor room in the seperate building. You have to go through two doors and up to flights of stairs just to get to your room.
The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. The TV and cable package was great, and included HD. All staff members were extremely friendly. I will definitely stay here again.
