-Lobby and the hall needs a touch of a good designer (maybe not so much: cool front desks and furniture would be enough) -Put newer TV set in rooms

The hotel had a lovely oppulent feel. The room was lovely and the location was excellent . The price I got for the room was also very reasonable.... I must have been on the internet at the right time. The dining room was beautiful.... very impressive.

I found the waiting staff unfriendly. The staff at breakfast did not smile and made you feel like a burden to them. The continental breakfast was not value for money and had little variety, ie no bread/toast or cereal.

The posistion of the hotel just across the street from Central Park and hop on off bus tours a few doors from Todds English food hall. and you felt safe

Hotel is need of a facelift must have been a nice hotel 30 years ago. No where to make a drink take a travel kettle you'll be glad you did

Loved the location and the fantastic view from the window onto Central Park, also very clean at all times, good cleaning staff.

The second room (1910) which says would have views over the city was very disappointing however. Also we had to change keys 4 times due to them not opening the door! At one time my daughter was treated quite rudely because of this.

Hotel had Comfy Bed .Pretty quiet location compared to mid town Manhattan.

No tea or coffee making machine in bedroom. TV channels limited. Tax on everything.

We had a room with a magnificent view of Central Park. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was wonderful and the staff welcoming and efficient.

We could only stay for one night!

Location is great! Staff were accomodating when we said we didn't like our junior suite on the 9th floor they moved us to the 34th which was a much better view and less noisy.

Much dated furniture than expected. Less luxurious than we thought. Bit noisy from street and other rooms/corridor.

The hotel location is fantastic.

Staff not very friendly .charged for wifi ? Most hotels give this free now.

luxury appearance from entrance to rooms

A fair central hotel in an excellent location when compared with others we stay in.

We prebooked a room for some friends as a gift to them which wasn't added to our bill and you tried to bill our friends even though it was not booked in their name! - otherwise just the cost - we spent @700 dollars in your bar for what is effectively a sandwich and a few drinks! - a little over the top on that one. I would highly commend your hotel location

I love the way the hallways were set up. Reminded me of a luxury hotel i been to in London. I also love the big mirrors in the hallway as well.

I didnt so much like the shower head in the bathroom. It needed a bit more power in it. It was a bit light. I like a hot hot shower.

The view over Central park was fantastic from the 22nd floor. Well worth the extra money for a once-in-a life-time trip with friends.

The continental breakfast is all carbs. Yogurt would be a nice addition.

Too pricy for a very limited comfort and a low quality, breakfast is probably the worst experience: too salty and strange service
