The price for the incredible location, and the luxurious room-service breakfasts, THE VIEW!!!!!

I wish we had queen sized beds instead of full, but it really wasn't that big of a deal.

The courtyard restaurant, service very slow, food was cold when delivered. We were told it had only just opened, I guess there were teething problems. We went for lunch as it was for a special occasion, the whole experience was very disappointing. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was not very good and also expensive.

I stayed at 37floor executive central park view room for 4days last week. It's tallest hotel near the street. Very reasonable price ,great view of the central park ,location of sightseeing places and shopping places. Next to 5th ave and yellow subway-line.

Staff were courteous attentive and extremely obliging with any issues that I had .They gave me an upgrade on arrival and when the final charges were more than the quoted rate I received from booking.com and queried them they immediately rectified the problem and gave me a further discount /waiver of some additional charges at their expense without my prompting them which was a very pleasant surprise View from hotel window over Central Park was spectacular and the room was extremely spacious for New York

Bathroom was extremely dated and the decor comfortable but what would be called shabby chic but to offset this comfortable and friendly atmosphere not found in more modern chic but businesslike establishments

Location was wonderful in NYC. Great city views. Great bed and pillows. Very friendly staff. Lots of great food, Central Park. subway very close by. Very good bar. Did not try their restaurant.

They never could access the credit card I wanted to use. I was able to use it multiple times all over NYC and even at the hotel bar?? But not at reception desk or with booking the room. Exercise area too small. Some of furnishings a bit dated but not objectionable.

Waiting in a long queue at Breakfast time and not getting a refund of the extra night I booked in error!!

Everything except the service at breakfast. The lobby staff were fantastic. John from Ireland was very friendly and helpful.

I tried to get a refill of my coffee at breakfast and when I got the attention of a waiter he ignored me and started tapping another waiter on the shoulder pointing at my table. The other waiter then went to the wrong table and when I tried to get his attention he ignored me.

It is in urgent need of upgrading! Wallpaper peeling, broken tile, scratched toilet, hanging metal in the bathroom, etc!

Location excellent. Easy to get to places on foot or by subway which was nearby. Comfortable bed with bedding and towels changed every day and complimentary toiletries, tissues etc replenished. Fridge for guest use. Staff helpful when approached for information and flagging down yellow taxi. Provided smoking rooms with opening windows. Had iron and ironing board in room.

Decor worn and grubby which made it look unclean which wasn't the case. No coffee machine. No ice machines on landings (although this could be requested through room service at no cost). Wifi charged at $12.95 per day but could only connect when in your room. Could not use in lobby area. No information on NYC or subway maps displayed in lobby.
