セントラルパークを望む部屋は、確かに景観も広さも十分であったが。。。

一言で言うと、「昭和のレトロな豪華さ」。リノベーションが必要だと思う。また、スタッフもやる気の出ないような人が半分。日本で言うと、「昔からある有名旅館だけど、いまはイマイチだね」という感じといえばわかりやすいか。これであの価格はあまりに高すぎる。

Gorgeous view of Central Park from room; very spacious room; easy access to Central Park, 5th Ave, museums; Grand Central Terminal not too far away. Concierge very helpful with dining recommendations.

Room could use some TLC - wallpaper peeling in spots, furniture scratched. Rate too pricey for there too be any "defects."

Located in a fantastic part of New York with a magnificent view of central park.

Very pricey and the rooms are looking a bit worn. Cleanliness of the room was also lacking some.

Location is excelent and is a pleasure walking on streets around. Attention on details, on cleaning and amenities like daily little chocolate bars. For people who talk portuguese Orestes is the person to look for: he is very helpful.

The room really needs renovation. Wallpaper had loose points and wash basin was cracked. Doors slamming on other rooms were very audible. Otherwise and not looking to this faults the the stay was very pleasant.

The room with a view to Central Park,the location which is superband the fast/efficient room service.

Bathroon needs "refreshment".

Price of breakfast

The location is fantastic overlooking Central Park, especially with a high storey Park View room. A few steps from the Fifth Avenue shops and sights and a comfortable walk to Midtown attractions Radio City Music Hall, Carnegie Hall, Times Square etc.

The added $15 per day for unlimited calls and internet use is a bit steep once the hotel tax and city tax is added to the original price. The first time I stayed they waived the fee but the second time they didn't so I made sure to make a lot of long distance phone calls.

location is great,just of 5th ave beside plaza.make sure to book room with park veiw - 6 miles of park surronded by skyscrapers

Superb location.. but I wouldn't recommend it necessarily.. Views are amazing though and location is so central perfect for shopping.. staff were friendly enough and did everythgin they could for us..

There is a charge of $15 added to the room per day for telephone and wireless connectivity - non negotiable and we werent told about htis prior to booking so with taxes and this charge the room rate was well over our expected budget - somethign to bear in mind when travelling - this added over $100 to our bill and we didnt even use the phone.
