Helmsley Park Lane Hotel

Otelin konumu tartışmasız en önemli olumlu özelliğiydi. New York'taki birçok etkinliğe yürüme mesafesindede olması metro durağına yakın olması, Central Parka komşu olması ve üst katlardan şahane Central Park manzarasına sahip olması diğer önemli özellikleriydi. Ayrıca müşteri İlişkileri müdüresi Milja Perkovic ve ekibinin yardımcı ve güler yüzlü olması çok hoştu ve otelden olumlu izlenimlerle ayrılmamızda payı büyüktü. Otelin temizliği ve housekeeping hizmetlerinin aksamadan yürütülmeside memnun kaldığımız konular arasındaydı.

Bence internet bağlantısının parasız ve limitsiz olması gerekirdi (çoğu mekanlarda bu hizmet bu şekilde veriliyor). Odaların gecede devam eden şehir gürültüsünden etkilenmemesi için tedbir alınmasını öneririm.

Excellent location, offers rooms overlooking central park, near shopping and easy access to museums.

Bathroom faucets were used and rather grimy, and room temperature was hard to keep warm although the weekend I was there the weather was extremely cold outside.

(a) quality of the staff (very friendly and professional), (b) level of services (eg restaurant, concierge, reception, room service, cleaning) and (c) the Hotel’s very convenient location, (d) last but not least, right relationship of price to quality.

breakfast could start earlier (to facilitate Europeans suffering the jet lag)

Its location

On arrival we were asked to pay the room cost +an extra $500 just in case we used room service-this was held for another 4 days after we left. Our shopping trip was totally ruined by this unexpected expense and the hotel was unable to accept any debit cards unless pre authorised.Thanks for the warning booking.com!!!

Excellent location, very helpful staff. Very large comfortable room with a magnificant view of Central Park. Very centrally located for walking around Manhattan, theaters, shopping, etc.

This lovely hotel absolutely needs a total remodel. Beds were quite soft. Bathroom very old and unpleasant. I would definately go back if just these two items were improved.

Location, customer care, and room size

the location is beautiful. the main areas of the hotel are elegant. the bar upstairs was comfortable and relaxing.

the service in the bar and restaruant was not good. in the morning for breakfast it took along time for service. then getting the bill was almost impossible. the beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. the rooms need updating. everyone seems unorganized.

The position is excellent - this was our second visit; we went last year. The restaurant overlooks Central Park and has oodles of ambience

No fridge in the bedroom. Notice that threatened that we would be charged for minibar items if we removed them for twenty seconds - hardly welcoming. We were actually charged for a minibar item without touching anything - Reception said it wasn't unusual as the electronics were not very reliable, or the cleaner might have dusted them!

WE went to watch th Thanksgiving Day parade and this was a great place to stay with my family, including my grandson.

Very convenient for Central Park, good views of Park and City We were very pleased to be upgraded. It was a great room, very nice hotel.

I do think that it was quite expensive but it is obviously a very high class hotel. We know that it does not appear to be American hotel practise but we would have liked coffee making facilities in our room

The view of Central Park was breathtaking! And the bed was really comfortable. The staff were friendly and willingly available.

When in room it was quiet - couldn't hear other guests. The view from my room was fantastic and the staff were very friendly, helpful.

Location, view from the room, breakfast area is fantastic.

Room was noisy, even on the 37th floor I could hear the noise from the street, furniture was old. Need for renovation.
