赫尔姆斯利柏宁酒店  

位置不错，是一家适合不想离繁华太远且休闲旅游的人。自然历史博物馆，大都会博物馆可步行抵达，中央公园和- 第五大道就在酒店旁边。服务尚可，但算不上高水准。建议定公园景观房，城市景观房外面高高矮矮的建筑会让人- 有点眩晕感觉。

退房时我仔细核对了帐单，发现有不曾消费的迷你吧零食。当我提出这个问题时，前台人员很爽快的回答："好吧- ，随你的便。"

收费的WIFI实在不厚道！不是钱的问题。

Bathroom very dated. Not well cleaned. This reduced the scores from excellent to good.

Lcation...right on central park. Beautiful view. The bar was very nice.

Centrally located in Midtown. Fantastic view of the park from the 12th floor. My sister stayed on the 35th floor and had a fantastic view of the city. Rooms very clean and luxurious. Resterants near by with a quick deli right beside the rear entrance. We were there a week. Also subway was 1/2 a block away. We verg much recommend this hotel.

No coffee in room plus no ice machine on floor. All available via room service.

Walking distance to many interesting places , helpful stuff , good atmosphere .

The view of Central Park from our room on the 40th floor was absolutely spectacular!! Location is very convenient for our plans in nyc, close to the subway, to Central Park, to museums, to premium shopping, to theaters, etc.

The hotel may need some renovation, as the bathrooms are very dated and there is about 100 layers of paint on the doors. On the other hand, if the hotel was renovated, I would probably be unable to afford it, considering the absolutely premium location (compared to neighbors Hotel Plaza, Ritz Carlton, Essex House).

Price was fair

Bathroom smelled of mold. Heat/ac would not turn off.

We had a 41st floor room with a view of Central Park. The large windows created an unforgettable panoramic view that impressed our adult sons.

We found the lobby unimpressive and not having a first floor bathroom was inconvenient. We also were entitled to some amenities, but missed out because it was not made clear by the receptionist. Housekeeping did a beautiful job caring for the room and room service was very good. The bellhops did a fine job taking took care of the luggage.
