In mod deosebit cina servita in restaurantul propriu creata de bucatarul sef- mare maestru! Mi-a mai placut faptul ca am gasit un hotel foarte aproape de Casa Alba si de centru capitalei USA, curat dar cu putin personal . . . . Hotelul trebuie sa gaseasca solutii pentru antifonarea camerelor , deoarece exista un zgomot puternic si sacaitor produs de un aparat de racire, aerisire , nu stiu foarte bine ce , care deranjeaza noaptea . |

The location was great. Walking distance to Museums and Monuments. Excellent Restaurants nearby. Room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable which was needed after walking museums all day. Excellent coffee at the bar. Great live jazz duo also. |

this was not first time, I like the location and hotel stile it needs restoration (toilet didn't work, elevators were working with delays, mouse was walking in the room etc. |

Reception staff was excellent, even called to make sure accommodations were ok. We needed to get a clock radio fixed/replaced which they did. Location is within walking distance to the Smithsonian museums and Ford Theater. Restaurants within two blocks. The closest Metro stop is about 6 blocks away. Not a big inconvenience, but a short hike, especially after a long day. Easy to flag down a taxi in front of the hotel. |

Staff were very pleasant. Ist visit we had a room which was overlooked by offices and had to keep blinds closed to dress etc - made the room feel dark and dingy. Told staff on 2nd visit and receptionist arranged for a superb room. Room pricing varied! Booked 1 night through you (9/18/09) for 109, booked 4 nights direct 9/26 - 9/29 for 149, 199, 229,229. Also breakfast was not included. So it seemed a little pricey! Business people on expenses would find this ok |

It was charming, clean, quaint and an excellent location in Washington,D.C....a few blocks in each direction from 3 metro stops, but also well within walking distance of the Mall. Will definitely return and recommend it!!!!! |

I liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the restaurant was clean with well prepared food and a timely efficient service. The building has character too. Because of its location there was a higher amount of road noise than usual from outside that included early morning construction noise. |

Setting and Decoration were fancy and interesting, real atmosphere of 30s jazz restaurant/bar. Breakfast food quality was very good. Good rate was maybe due to the fact that we had new building construction very close to our room, starting with heavy drilling at 6.30AM!! Hotel assistats were not that kind and "talkative". |

The elegance and comfort of the building. 1. I specifically asked for a room far from construction and was placed with a window right on the construction which starts at 6 am with jackhammers and girder tossing contests. 2. I was not informed ahead of time of the complicated policy the hotel uses for payment. They took a $170 deposit on my debit card for one week without informing me of the amount. If paid in cash they take a 60% deposit |

Leuk sfeervol hotel, ruime kamers, goede douche, goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. De betaling was 2x van mijn creditcard afgeschreven, 1 keer met en 1 keer zonder borg. Nadat ik thuis was heb ik een email gestuurd en ze gaan het recht trekken, dit was het enige minpunt maar dit zou in elk hotel kunnen gebeuren. Voor de rest is dit hotel een prima keuze |
