Clean and nice room Hot tub - we used it Cute flowers in hanging baskets Great dinner suggestion by staff
Wifi spotty Breakfast was too crowded to take advantage of
The inn is convenient to Highway 20. Our room was clean and the Queen beds provided a comfortable night's sleep. We heard no sounds from outside our room. The complimentary breakfast consisted of tasty waffles, fresh fruit, juice, toast and coffee or tea. Value is EXCELLENT. Front desk clerk provided helpful suggestions on where to eat dinner in the local area.
The free WiFi service didn't work when we checked in. When we contacted the front desk the next morning, the clerk rebooted the system and we then had internet access. Apparently this problem is not unusual at the inn.
Well maintained Restaurant next door was very good.
No safety rails for tub and shower. Poor pillows
Room was very clean. You should consider adding ADA accessible bathroom grab bars. Enjoyed the continental breakfast.
Very pleasant location on the banks of the river. Receptionist very good, recommended a detour for us via Mesa Falls, which were superb. Good breakfast.
All very convenient .
Smell of tobacco smoke in the room .
Great to have an indoor pool this time of year. Great little town on the way to Yellowstone.
Upon arrival we asked about laundry facilities. We were provided the directions to the laundry AND soap!!! We were so pleasantly surprised!!! We also got directions to the new restaurant in town and the Upper and Lower Mesa Falls that were absolutely spectacular!!!!! This hotel is right on the Snake River with a Hot Tub that overlooks it's banks together with a fire pit. Breakfast was fantastic with homemade waffles!! The nicest people ever!!!!
There was nothing we didn't like.
Stayed here for 3 nights and used it as a handy base for both Yellowstone and Craters of the Moon - excellent facilities, staff, breakfast, value for money.
No complaints at all
The staff was very friendly and accomodating, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was nice. The inn is located a few hours drive from Yellowstone National Park, so if youre looking for a reasonably-priced hotel stay near Yellowstone, this is the place for you
The night we stayed in the inn the wifi wasn't working, which was a problem for travelers like us who dont have regular internet access on our travels and needed it to make our next day's plans.
Interesting unique experience.
Very cheap, fairly quiet, reasonably comfortable beds
Housekeeping poor despite leaving tip in advance. The "town/village" offers nothing for tourists. Really dirty homeless man showed up in kitchen to help himself to food. We were told that a church paid for his room and the law required that they accommodate him. Sounds reasonable but a big turn-off.
Vicki who works the afternoon shift is amazing and needs a raise so you will keep this kind of an employee. She was very friendly and went out of here way to help us with the different road construction issues that are going on in the area and a heads up about Yellowstone closures. She is a GEM! Please make sure she know that she is AWESOME.
The tall girl that was working the morning shift on Sunday 9/21/14 needs some training tips on how to cook waffles. She was very slow and not very friendly.
They were friendly and very helpful. The place was clean and roomy. It was reasonably priced. It was the best place we stayed.
We had to leave, to finish the vacation.
Free cleaning rags available for Car or Motorcycles.
The price was perfect. The staff were attentive and even gave us some ideas for sights to see on the way to Yellowstone (Mesa Falls, I am looking at you!). When they turned over the room every day they took extra care to lay out my daughters teddy bears on the bed. It was thoughtful.
The wifi was horrible. The shower must have been built for a hobbit. Seriously, the shower head came up to my armpit.
Friendliness and price
Great service. Great people. Great location. Great price.
WiFi was too weak for data or streaming.
Nice place to spend a night before/after Yellowstone NP. Local cafe in 20 meters. Pretty hot tub and BBQ area on the river. Waffles for breakfast Are so tasty, thanks to manager on duty.
Simple motel, but it was mentioned
Location on the river, close to hwy 20. The value and price hard to beat. Breakfast was good. I would stay there again. Hot tub overlooking the river.
I think the room should have been a little cleaner, but not bad.
Staff could be more courteous professional and attentive. (House Keeping entered room accidentally while sleeping at 8am without knocking, and later staff were chatting/giggling loudly outside our door. Maid returned at 10:30am opening door again with no knock, laughed at us when we requested more time. There was no do not disturb card to hang). Maybe a random bad experience, but basic courtesy training would help!!!
We liked the location and how quiet it was. The room was clean as was the bathroom--so many are not real clean. St. Anthony is a smaller community and not extremely busy, which is a nice departure from the larger cities.
The breakfast could have been better organized. My wife was waiting for a waffle (the clerk made the waffles) and a family stepped in front of her and kind of took things over. They need to allow people to serve themselves or serve them in order. It was also rather minimal, but for the money we expected less.
The location was stunning.
One person that I worked with at the front desk was good. The next one was fair.
We'll maintained, very clean. Bargain price.
