Herald Square Hotel

Το δωμάτιο ήταν καινούριο, άνετο και καθαρό. Το ξενοδοχείο βρισκόταν σε πολύ καλή περιοχή. Η τιμή για Νέα Υόρκη ήταν πολύ καλή και το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό.

Στην αρχή με έβαλαν σε ένα δωμάτιο πολύ ωραίο, καινούριο, αλλά το ντούς είχε πρόβλημα. Δεν είχε ζεστό νερό και έτσι άλλαξα δωμάτιο. Τα δωμάτια είναι καινούρια αλλα το ξενοδοχείο είναι παλιό. Θέλει μια ανακαίνιση.

I liked the location, very central. I also thought that the coffee machine was a very nice touch.

Clean Rooms, Good Location

Yes, The guy at the front desk gave me a card to park in the parking garage, and on it, it read "for up to 24hours- $21.00"... Well i was only there for 15 hours and when I left the guy in the park garage refused to give me the discount and charged me 52.00.. I was mad. Definetly something they should figure out before giving the cards out.

Clean rooms. Coffee in the lobby.

Due to a bad flapper, the toilet ran all night. Construction across the street was noisy. Small room.

Great hotel for a great price. The location is as good as it gets. Staff was friendly and room service excellent. Great choice of delicious coffees in the lobby and everything you need is nearby (Restaurants, Shops, Subway station etc).

Our room was one of the old rooms. We got to see one of the newly renovated rooms when we left and I hope to get one of these next time.

Location is great, rooms are good. All in all, it's good value for money.

The staff behind the counter seems like they just don't care about the guests. Most of the time they're too busy talking to each other. "Rude" is probably the best description.

The staff was helpful and courteous, the hotel was well-maintained, and the location was perfect.

There was an issue with a noisy piece of equipment outside our window, and we had to be moved on the 3rd night.

Friendly staff, good location near subway and shopping. Lovely rooms with comfortable beds and bath. The framed Life Magazine original covers dating from early 1900's that line the hallways are charming.

Aside from one memeber of staff (Monica) the staff were rude, unfreindly and not very helpful, including one member of staff who was very argumentative.
