Decor is really nice and hotel room is surprisingly spacious. Was given a ground floor room inititially with no window. |

At the price of hotels in NYC, this was a real bargain. For the amount of time spent in a hotel room, this was perfect. The room and bath are small but everything you need. Hotel staff was very helpful. Location was great. Free coffee was a nice touch. Locked lobby gave a good feeling of security. Nothing, except our stay was to short. |

Free vending in the lobby. 24 hour staff. Fresh towels everey day. Room nothing like advertised, very noisy, cracked floor tiles, stained bath , no sink or bath plug working. |

Rooms are quite small, but location is very good. Working wlan is big plus also. |

The location is magnificent. Madison Square Garden, Empire States Building and Penn Station is very close by. The Hopp-on bus stop as well. Easy to find it too. :-) It was the best place to be, 'cause the price was quite low as well. They did not have a hairdryer. :-) (Bring one if you need it. :-)) |

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was so much better than I expected, better than most hotels I have stayed at in New York for less the half the price. It was great to be so close to Chelsea, East Village, West Village and Greenwich village. I will definately stay there again on my next visit! The wait time for the elevator was long on the busier days. |

The Hotel was nice and in a very nice position, my room was just renwed, small but very nice, and with a nice Bathroom The room had the Only window facing an internal space very small and noisy. |
