市内の中心地に近いので、徒歩でどこでも行ける（５番街やタイムズスクエアなど）。午前7時～10時、午後- 12時～7時の間、ロビーのコーヒーマシーンが使えるので、わざわざ外のカフェに行かなくてもよいので便利- 。大型ロッカーがあるので、チェックアウト後もスーツケースを持ち歩く必要がない（1回2ドル）。アメニテ- ィーは無いがタオルは部屋にある。 |

ホテルスタッフの対応 今回、当該ホテルを2泊しました。１泊目の部屋がシャワーのお湯が出なかったこともあり、２泊目は、部屋を- 代えてもらいました。上記の事由により2部屋を比較した感想を記載します。1泊目の部屋は、ロビー階の奥ま- った所にあり、部屋の天井も低く、窓もなくとても閉鎖的、TVチャンネル案内もなく、部屋の広さもそれ程広- くなく、快適とは思いませんでした。2泊目の部屋は4階で天井も高く、バスルームも奇麗で、とても快適な部- 屋でした。1泊目を我慢することなく代えてもらえばよかったと思いました。ホテルスタッフの対応は、部屋を- 代えて頂いた事もあり、まあ良い方だと思います。予約する際は、３階以上を条件とした方が良いと思います。- 利用料金と比較したら、そんなにはお手頃感はありません。一番の不快は、ホテルロビー内に居たホテル提携？- のリムジンタクシー業者の対応です。当該ホテルからニューアーク空港行きエアポートバス停のブライアンとパ- ークまでの移動をお願いしたのですが、ブライアントパークよりグランドセントラルターミナルの方が良いと勧- められたので従いました。料金$10は高いと思いましたが、依頼し移動。移動中、携帯電話使用しながら運転- 。サービス、対応も悪く、「ここだ！」と降ろされた。バス係員に問合せたら場所違っているし、雨の中、裏通- りのバス停まで2個のスーツケース転がしながら約30ｍ移動。一番憤慨しました。もしホテルとの提携、ある- いは、関連があるならきちんと指導ほしいです。 |

部屋が清潔でよかったです。ロビーにあるドリンクの種類が豊富で緑茶のティーバッグもありました。受付の人- はワークシェアリングのせいか毎朝、毎夕人が変わるので一概に言えませんが、私が質問したときは無愛想な人- が多かったです。最寄駅からはけっこう歩きます。５番街から人通りの無い道に入るので、夜はタクシーを利用- しました。夜は特に他の部屋の音に悩まされること無く眠れました。 NYでは低予算の部類に入るでしょうが、決して安くはありません。税金が高いので請求書を見て驚きます。ス- タッフは最低限のことはしてくれますが、それ以上は期待しない方がいいです。 |

とっても良かったです。立地もよく、部屋も小奇麗で水回りもきれいでした。スタッフもたいへん丁寧な方が多- く、お値段にも満足です。次回、おなじくらいの宿泊料金であればまた利用したいです。 |

清潔感がない。シャンプーなどもフロントに言わないと用意しない。ロケーションと値段は最高。旅慣れていな- い人には不向き。特に女性はがっかりするでしょう。 エレベーターの故障、コーヒーメーカーの故障など、いろいろ故障が多い。 |

Comfortable, up-to-date in-room amenities. Bedding was great. Wi-Fi was free. Subway access was good. No fitness facilities; only one key issued; construction noise. Significantly different rates for different days (was part of the booking). |

Location was ideal for seeing the sights, going out & shopping. Close to some major attractions, good shops & the subway! There was no window in the room so you couldn't see the city or have any real idea of time. But it did not affect the stay. |

Clean Rooms, Good Location Yes, The guy at the front desk gave me a card to park in the parking garage, and on it, it read "for up to 24hours- $21.00"... Well i was only there for 15 hours and when I left the guy in the park garage refused to give me the discount and charged me 52.00.. I was mad. Definetly something they should figure out before giving the cards out. |

The location is wonderful! You are with in walking distance to a subway station, the Empire State Building, Macy's, and Time Square. Very clean cozy room. We will stay here everytime we visit NYC. |

The room was updated, clean and comfortable. I didn't like the fact that there were so many added taxes on my bill. The price that booking.com quoted was an approximate and didn't appreciate that there was $50 in additional costs added on to my bill. |

Great hotel for a great price. The location is as good as it gets. Staff was friendly and room service excellent. Great choice of delicious coffees in the lobby and everything you need is nearby (Restaurants, Shops, Subway station etc). Our room was one of the old rooms. We got to see one of the newly renovated rooms when we left and I hope to get one of these next time. |

All personal was very kindful and they gave rooms early in the morning much early than they should and this was free of charge.. Also they help us in all kind of questions concerning NY. They collected lot of info to us. There was anything in the hotel that i should complain. |

Location is great, rooms are good. All in all, it's good value for money. The staff behind the counter seems like they just don't care about the guests. Most of the time they're too busy talking to each other. "Rude" is probably the best description. |

The staff was helpful and courteous, the hotel was well-maintained, and the location was perfect. There was an issue with a noisy piece of equipment outside our window, and we had to be moved on the 3rd night. |

The room was plenty big enough. All of the rooms differ in size. We were in room 108. It was very clean and newly remodeled. We had to keep the window open because there was a distinct odor of glue or adhesive which we attributed to the recent remodel. It was warm out so, that was not a problem. |

Room was good standard, and bed was very comfortable. Aside from one memeber of staff (Monica) the staff were rude, unfreindly and not very helpful, including one member of staff who was very argumentative. |
