No microwave in the rooms
Was easy to book, easy to find....clean and comfortable
Price is reasonable, close to freeway, elevator, continental breakfast was nice, staff was nice
first room was in poor repair, door wouldn't lock, a/c face fell off, dirty bathroom, bed had a big dip in the middle, fleas, etc.
The price for one night was reasonable.
There were a couple of roaches roaming around the room I was in.
Close to where we were going
The padlocks on the doors and the price
Being harassed by the staff, being harassed by the other customers, cleaning lady knocking on our door, random guy knocking at our door at 3am
The location was perfect.
Main concern appeared to be collecting money.Guest had to wait to use elevator while housekeeping used it, housekeeping also snooped in personal property, no WiFi and the phone in the room didn't work. Smoking was permitted in elevator, comforters were raggedy and full of repair and cigarette holes.
The poor customer service they weren't aware of their troubles although it was 8 cop cars dogs guns n people handcuffed in the hallway
Convient location, great stay for the price
Old t.vs in rooms
I good a good nights sleep so all must have been good.
room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Location was convenient. Rates very reasonable. I would recommend this hotel. If I had to return to the San Diego area (I hope I never have to go to San Diego again) I would choose to stay at this hotel.
No breakfast. No lobby. no active vending machines. No microwaves.
The room was comfortable. The bathroom was clean.
Good value for the price. Clean room. comfortable bed. The woman at the front desk was very nice. The man at night on was not as pleasant. Good parking.
Room 223 had a problem with the shower in the room next door. It sounded like a jackhammer. There were a lot of noisy customers. (not the hotel fault.) Breakfast was a joke. The internet did not work. No working vending machines.
Connie the Manager was great in helping get our group rooms organized before hand.
What we didn't know was the location is hard to get to and we witnessed prostitutes getting picked up in the parking lot and "deals" being done there too. The night staff had no idea who had checked in and who hadn't from our group and started giving away our rooms. One of the beds had cigarette burns on the blanket (of a non-smoking room) and there was just a feeling of bad area...lets just make it through the night. We did call around to see if there was another hotel available near our conference but there was not for our group size so we decided to stay.
In San Diego
Rooms were dirty, cigarette burns in sheets, and horrible service. Lady cleaning the room was actually smoking a cigarette while cleaning. Tried to cancel upon arrival but they would not reverse the charges because manager said it had already cleared Booking.com. Stay away from this place.
the smoke smell.the sticky carpet. Air in the pipe as you take a shower.
Everything. This place is a dump and they charged $200 for that night. Never will go there again.
I liked the fact that it was close to my Mother and where my company had me working.
The rooms need to be updated. There is a lot of noise in the evening outside from fellow traveler's. There are other hotels at the same price but with way better rooms and very peaceful. The breakfast was gone in 15 minutes and me and my boyfriend didn't get anything. Luckily I wasn't hungry.
The friendly staff, that bed was so comfortable I didn't want to go to work
No available rooms for my entire stay
convenient, not too expensive
Hard to get into because of streets , No King Beds, Cheap Sheets, old mattresses, building noises in the middle of night (machines) No coffee in room.
I was getting ready to check out and my cat got loose. I was frantically looking for her and called the front desk and explained the situation and asked to check out a few minutes later so I could look for my cat. I had 2 cats and could not leave one in my car the 95 degree weather while I searched for the other. I was told no, under no circumstance could I check out late and was treated very rudely by the front desk staff.
The quick response to our requests...
A place to sleep
Locale and access; attitudes of check-in staff; nefarious people all around; people parking their vehicles over the line reducing available parking
