Liked the location to the Giant Center.
The room and bathroom were not clean. We didn't even have a full roll of toilet paper! Bed was uncomfortable. I was afraid to walk barefoot in the place!
close to attractions, clean and quiet
Fend for yourself (coffee and breakfast) in the morning.
closeness to park
bugs in the room dirty shower
close to Hershey park
the rooms were not very clean, you could see the dust under the tables where they didn't vacuum them. The outlets didn't work. A huge spider was crawling up my daughters arm while she was sleeping.
Did not get what you paid for.
great location, friendly staff
worn rugs and not as clean as could be
Outdated and filthy
Nothing. It was gross.
It was scuzzy. Had to climb over the bed to get into the bathroom. My wife refused to take a shower there or give the kids a bath. She slept with her clothes on.
Nothing we did not even stay after we seen our room. It had bugs and smelled horrible. The bathroom was extremely dirty. They would not refund our money and they had bugs.
The bugs, dirty bathroom, and horrible smell. This place is nasty and should be made to have people their money back. Down right disgusting.
close to park and eateries
Needs a face lift.
I pd almost 150 n it was not worth it. There were spiders all over the door outside my room.n big ones too. The room was dark. Never again. I could of pd the same asst a better hotel.
Bed was comfortable
the location to the park.
the worries of bedbugs.. could have been a cute place with a little bit of TLC and bleach.
The location was great!
Needs new blankets. They were full of holes and looked old and dirty. The carpeting was gross and there was mold around the outside of the shower
Easy to access private entrance. Wifi easily accessible.
It was outdated. And somewhat moldy. Too much money for what it was
Room very hummed
The shower pressure was great!
The mattress and box spring needs upgrading as well as the blankets.
The Inn was an affordable place to stay for the night if you are not looking for any luxury accommodations. We basically slept, showered and were on our way.
The room was cramped with too much furniture and the bathroom was very small.
I reserved a room for 2 Adults and 2 Children, when they saw my children were age 12 and 13, they insisted we get a 2nd room, chased my wife to the room insisting she come to office and purchase a 2nd room. In the description said the beds were 2 queen size in the room . Beds were full size. Rooms smelled. We stayed long enough to get showered and 6 hours sleep then left. For what they charged us for the 2 rooms we could have had a family suite at one of the chain hotels . Place was a total rip off. Would never recommend !!
We were able to get a room on a high traffic weekend. The sheets and the shower seemed clean enough. The mattresses were comfortable. There was a fridge and microwave in the room.
Start with the price - this room would be overpriced at half what we paid. The whole town was full of guests desperate for a place to stay, so supply and demand did its work. That doesn't mean we got a fair price - we didn't. To enter the room, we had to walk down a short hallway. On more than one occasion, the hallway was full of spider webs. Yuck. The room smelled faintly musty and a little bit sour. Turning on the A/C helped, but you could still smell it. The carpet should have been replaced in the 70's. The towels were so thin they could be mistaken for tissues - of which there were none. The sink drained slowly. The toilet flushed weakly. The shower head produced more of a heavy mist than a stream of water. The shower curtain billowed into the shower very aggressively. I kept having to shove it out of the way. There was WiFi, but no desk. The family running the facility seemed earnest enough, but they were clearly not native speakers of english and communication was somewhat awkward. There was no ice machine that we could find. The TV was small and old. In any other setting, I would say it should be immediately sent to be recycled.
Receptionist was very rude! She called the police on me and my family because we didn't want to sleep in a room full of gnats. She wouldn't give us a refund or moves us to another room either. The police ended up siding with us. He told us this is not the first time this has happened so to anyone even looking at this hotel I'm here to tell you that cheap is not better. There is no need for anyone to even pay to enter any of these rooms. I asked her to help me print out my Hershey park tickets and she said no while there was a computer and a printer right next to her. She charged me an extra $10 because I had 5 people instead of 4. They clearly do not clean them. There was a cigaret burn on the comforter in a nonsmoking room. The room smelt of mold. Not to mention the bugs everywhere. Just stay away! Don't waste your money here!
good location attentive staff
bathroom layout not good - toilet too close to sink - had to sit cockeyed. Ceiling stained from water leaks.
The first room had a horrible sewer gas smell coming out of the bathroom which they clearly knew about because the window was open and there was about 5 air fresheners in there yet they put me in there anyway. The place had no comfort amenities like a coffee pot or blow dryer. For a $200+ room this place is horrible! Stay away!!
Nothing but the location.
it was dirty!
