The facility offers a lot; the rooms are decent, private, and maintained very well.
I seemed to be stuck with people who snored quite a bit! :(
Convenience. Friendly. Comfortable. I really like the place.
The lady who cleaned the room put the dirty sheets from another guest's bed on MY bed while she was making up the other bed. For a long time! Gross! Other than that the facility was very clean. But I had to take off points for that. It really bugged me.
Location is perfect when it comes to the short walking distance to bus and railway.
Sleeping impossible. Quite far from downtown Seattle.
I like the location. Its right next to the Amtrak Union Station and China town. I was travelling by train and I am Chinese. So it was a very good location for me. very convenient to go around too
The price was a little bit too high compare with other hostels
very close to king street station
Good breakfast, excellent kitchen and common áreas.
Few showers. Quite noisy.
Breakfast was a plus
Very clean and tidy The location is excellent
The staff was friendly. The bathrooms( toilets, showers, sinks) and the bedding were pretty clean.
The entrance to the hostel, outside and inside were very dirty, and smelling pee and old garbage. The stairs all the way to the third floor were so unbecoming. The railing of these stairs looked as if they have been long ago forgotten...to be cleaned too. The first night we had little sleep due to the noise coming from other rooms.Second night was better. I saw a hostel in Europe, in Brussels and it was very clean and comfortable. But the one in Seattle... The rooms looked so unwelcoming. No effort whatsoever to make them look a little nice. I wish I didn't have to write such comments but I do it while hoping that someone will read them and pay those cleaners to work not only in the bathrooms and rooms, but also at the entrance,on the stairs and corridors.
Hotel was very neat and clean. They also got good WIFI and a hot water for shower as well. They had quite nice breakfast as well.
Since it is located in Chinatown, International District, one of my friends who lives in Seattle, he was really worrying that I was staying in that area.
Easy access to train and bus stations. Great food nearby.
Sharing a hallway /bathroom with men. Arriving/leaving after dark felt like taking my life into my own hands.
What I love to stay here is the clear room and bath room. The breakfast was better than I expected. I love to stay here if I have a chance to visit Seattle again.
The employee are needed to be good to the customer....
This hostel is perfect if you want cheap, basic accommodation close to downtown Seattle. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were comfortable with thoughtful details (reading light, fan, and electrical outlets at each bunk bed).
great location within walking distance of Century Link field. very clean, lots of eating options within walking distance
one of the female staff was very rude and seemed annoyed when asked anything.
Clean bathroom, big shower, big lockers in room (bring your own lock). Very close to public transportation.
Extremely hot inside the room (windows weren't opened because they were too filthy) while it wasn't even that hot outside. Door doesn't block light and noise from hallway. Thin mattress. A little bit expensive for its location. Shady neighbourhood in the evening/at night. Rooms are very small, not enough space for everyone's luggage.
The staff were not friendly They were angry always
I was pleasantly surprised. There was a roomy kitchen. Access to stove, cooking utensils, spices the works. Each morning like clockwork, breakfast was available from 6-9am. Comprised choices: oatmeal, cold cearal, bagels with cream cheese, variety of toast, coffee all day! Friendly people from all parts of the world, great conversation. Very cool!
You cross paths with inconsiderate people all over the world.
Perfect location next to the International District light rail station & King Street Station, quick check in, really clean, comfy safe dorms. Definitely recommend!
I liked everything: my private room, the showers, the laundry, the facilities, the friendly helpful staff at all times, being able to print tickets off, my free walking tour, the security, the location despite the amount of homeless people on the streets (be careful at night), and its only a couple of blocks from the Greyhound and has main bus and train station across the street :)
Breakfast was the same fruit and bread each day. Would have been nice to have a change or some yogurt too.
Doors are too noisy, hard both to open or close.
We arrived late at night and left early the next day. Location was good for transiting through Seattle. Room was clean, staff was helpful.
Neighborhood was a little unsavory.
The location was good.
Everythig was very old. The bed was not clean and uncomfortable, couldn't sleep well. Shower facility was bad. They didnt fix it.
loved the location from Amtrack station and location was great to use public municipal transit to other locations. very friendly staff.
