The hallways were a little dirty. Carpets needed vacuuming and trays outside of rooms.
Love the room service! We had coffee and pastries delivered in the morning and the food was great and the service prompt.
We didn't like the kids running and screaming around down stairs. And also the fact that there isn't really a shower curtain so all the water was going onto the floor.
Absolutely everything was great.
Upon arrival we were told our reservation was (mysteriously) cancelled. They reinstated our reservation. No signage outside or inside to find anything like how to get in building, elevator, pool, fitness room, parking pay machine, etc. Terrible, terrible inconvenient underground parking system. Costs $10 per night to park, can come & go as you wish Alright, they got ya. When you finally find it, you pay your $10 at parking pay machine inside. You get 1 receipt ticket to reuse to scan at the gate to exit & return. Doesn't work for re-entry. We went out no problem. When we returned it didn't work to get back in. We had to wait at gate (10-15 mins.) for someone from front desk to come to let us in. Was told this happens all the time. Then spent a long time at front desk for someone to think about getting a bar coded label, retrieving it from the far other side of the building, for us to try using the next time we needed to exit and return. What a horrible, inconvenient system.
Room was nice.
Parking not included
Whole stay was very good
You have to pay for wifi and parking - majority of places for that price give you at least one of those for free
everything!!! loved the staff and the comfort of the room and how nice everyone was.
There were no shower caps! That was very disappointing.
The room was clean and cozy!
the photos yall had was not all what yall said it was wow very mad
nothing the staff wAS cool that's it
The restaurant and bar are under renovation. I wish they are open so we could chill out at the lobby.
It's very quick to get to if you drive, if not, it could be quite some distance away from the train station. In our case, we rent a car so it's not an issue. The hotel lobby is spacious with very high head room. It has an industrial look to it that made me suspect the building was a freight or ship facilities. The check-in procedure was smooth that took us less than 2 min. The room is comfortable with plenty of walking space. The bathroom is clean. We adjusted the room temperature to suit us well. There was a shopping area right next to it where we could replenish supply and food.
The bathroom shower glass not wide enough... too much water stepping out shower..Also the curtains are sheer...no privacy..I had to request bed sheets to cover the window.. No frig . In room...no restaurant on premises..
Parking price...clean room. spacious lobby...IHOP walking distance but closes early..No other choices close.
The bathroom toilet and floor had piss stains on it...the bathroom also didnt have no shower head..the both tv's didnt work they bring up...the third one finally did.
The bed was comfortable
Thier was no restaurant like they said no pool like they said an had 2 pay for parking place was a joke
Room was clean
Noisy. Poorly insulated rooms. Furthermore, the windows have no darkening curtains so I had street lamp lights lighting up my room. Terrible night sleep!
The overall decor. Newly decorated. Nice hotel overall.
In the process of remodeling
Would have loved for the parking to be better for vans.We had 11 people riding together, for a family funeral. The restaurant in the hotel had not open & there was no light breakfast as shown. The walk way into the hotel needs a covering for those rainy days, we got wet even though we walked under the semi covering walkway.Lastly keep up with your literary when booking, I printed out a copy, because the front desk seemed to not be able to find it at check in time.
The hotel is beautiful, comfortable beds, friendly staff.
To keep that gigantic 5-storey atrium chilly in summer must have wasted $1000/night. The parking meter system was confusing and charged me the wrong amount.
There was a free shuttle to the train station, because the hotel isn't within walking distance.
The room keys for Room 5130 did not work. I went back to the front desk , while my husband waited with our luggage outside the room door. The young lady at the desk recharged the keys, I went back to our room and tried to open the door again and the keycard still didn't work. The desk clerk called maintenance who came to our location with a master key and let us in. He came back a short while later with a set of new keycards which worked, thank goodness. Guest parking should be free with validation, not $10 per night.
to get into the parking stalls we had issues, even tho we had paid for the days we had to get it validate it as it didn't seem to recognize it, this caused frustration.
I loved the decor of the hotel, very modern and it was clean, nice and quiet, the staff was very nice and friendly.
The hotel is being renovated...no place to eat. and nobody informed us.
We checked in at 6, and were looking forward to a nice dip in the pool after dinner but were informed that there was a "religious ritual" happening by some guests and they couldn't be disturbed so we didn't get to go in the pool which was our main reason for going.
I loved the price and the fact that there was a pool.
The facility was very nice and it is a great place to host an event.
As a handicapedd person I find paying for parking objectionable, I think it is also against state laws.
The website said there was a restuarant and bar in the hotel. This turned out to be false. We were an older couple who did not want to go looking for a place to eat. We were not happy. Also the shower in the room had alot of mold where its caulked.
The room was newer and clean
They have no bar where you can go and have a few drinks with friends!
ice cube maker was broken for 3days while we stayed. (reported a hotel staff but it was out of order for at least 3 days)
