The funny staff. The driving distance to page was good.

The breakfast was not good! Service was strange in the hotel. Staff seemed unexperienced and unqualified.

It is a unique hotel due to its location and they are trying to do their best. Rooms are comfortable although they are small, they put some native paintings and photographs to decorate it. Internet worked fine.

Value for money is not that great. The rooms are small and the hotel is still pretty close to the highway. Overall, it is quite basic but OK.

Simple set-up with all necessary facilities. Free coffee in the morning and ice all day long. We had a fridge & microwave oven in the room. The mattress are super comfortable! There's nothing wrong with this place. I'll definitely stay here again!

Extremely helpful people, we had to check in early after a 2 days trip in Paria canyon. And they found a solution for us.

The air con was definitely too noisy to have a good sleep

absolutely loved it! the hotel was within 20 min drive from Page and it was relatively cheap compared to the hotels in Page. The rooms were very cozy with high speed wifi and the staff was more than friendly to my family.

We wanted to stay in Page but this was rather busy so this was second choice. It's located in the middle of nowhere but a 20-minute to Page where you can find several restaurants and shops. The rooms are nicely decorated with funny details.

Quite expensive for an accommodation in the middle of nowhere.

We had the room number 13, everything was gambling-themed :D Carefully plan your meals, since there's nothing very close where to eat.

I got the Stars & Stripes room and loved the decoration! A/C. Staff was very friendly. It's nice that they have breakfast and dinner options (+ it's cheap!). They clean the room and change linens everyday.

It just misses a little fridge in the bedroom to keep your own beverages cool.

It is hard to mention anything.

Unless you want sociologically explore the atmosphere of a soulless desert Motel, or you really didn't find any other place around Powell Lake, - do not go to HighDesertLodge. For 100 bucks the Motel is extremely overpriced. We were placed at the basement, where we could choose between the roaring AC and the unbearable heat. There was an option to buy breakfast at the beighbouring RV, but the staff didn't bother even to install a shader, so we choose to leave as early as possible
