I like the way the rooms are design and the care be clean environment comfortable and easy to locate

The only thing will be review is the parking space it's not fair for someone booking a room with you and have to pay for the parking also plus not at least a free wifi for your guess think about that very important Thanks

When we had a problem, we were comped breakfast at the hotel restaurant the next morning. Great facilities and comfortable, quiet rooms.

The set up of the hotel was very inconvenient and parking was a rip off. We were down graded to a different room and did not have a view. There was no continental breakfast option. There was no free coffee or tea service in the lobby.

The room price was $108 but after getting hammered with fees, taxes and an outrageous $20 for parking with bill was roughly a third higher! Really!

We liked our room, we had enough space for us girls. The beds were very comfortable so we were able to get much needed sleep. Also, we had trouble with our neighbors being very loud around 4am.. The staff was very helpful and offered to check on people in room. When we asked for anything we were helped promptly.

We were disappointed with the pool in hotel, we were expecting much more.

We liked the design and location. Beautiful on the inside with balcony and a great view.

The staff's unprofessionalism. They mixed our name and reservation with a foreign client's then treated us like we did something wrong. After the desk staff mistook our identity, two of the valet staff made negative comments about our rental car, referring to it as a "hot car", which is usually slang for a stolen vehicle and refused to give my fiancé his car keys at the time. We corrected the staff about the problem. The desk staff apologized, but didn't take full responsibility for their errors. The valet staff did not apologize and defended their actions. We should have gotten at least a refund for that day, since we had been there two days.

The location was great for us, because we were visiting a friend in downtown dc, to see him perform @ Arena Stage. It took us less than 10 mins to get to the show, see whitehouse, and more. Also, the breakfast in hotel is amazing. Its not expensive and you fill up real good. *****

Well, our room was freezing cold and there's nothing the engineer could do to give us heat. It was quite uncomfortable for us to sleep. The pool was not heated as advertised. The pool room should have had more heat, because it was freezing cold outside. I honestly don't see us ever staying in this hotel again. We've been dramatized and unfortunately, you cannot make a 1st impression twice. To error is wrong, but to recover is divine.

Beautiful facility, excellent staff, great price. We will return if the same deal is offered.

Don't charge for parking; nickle and diming your customers only irritates them; put everything in the price of the room. A coffee pot in the lobby would be good. A free breakfast woulds be even better. Every competitive hotel should have free high speed internet so I was pleased that you did.

The main problem was the the TV's were not working right. When you used the "choose tv" option it bought up a series of channels. When you clicked on them they were not the channels the guide said that they were. No one I called had any idea what to do about it. Someone mumbled about "getting new TV's" as if that was an excuse.

Friendly, room, gym

Loved the deal/price, the cleanliness and beauty of the hotel/room, staff was extremely nice, and very accommodating.

The fact that I had to pay $20 a night to park my car in the parking garage.

I must admit, you were the "find" of this year! The close proximity to the Reagan Nat'l airport, the check in staff, a quiet room overlooking the fountain and gardens, the unbelievable room service meal at ll PM at night (my husband still swears that your crab cakes were the best we had even after eating at some 5 star restaurants), the convenience and ability to rent our car from the hotel the next day, the gorgeous buffet breakfast, really I can't thank you enough for starting our trip east to celebrate my birthday and making it as wonderful as your hotel made it! I will be sure to recommend your hotel, which we already have to anyone as a destination in itself!

Parcheggio caro (20 USD/day) e di gratis in zona non c'è nulla...l'unica pecca! Per il resto anche la distanza da was non da problemi

En arrivant il faut les informer pour la place de parking, sinon vous risquez de payer la place plus cher.

Fijne retrait kamers met groot balkon en uitzicht op park en vijfers. Shuttle service naar Pentagon city is prettig en comfortabel

Hotel ligt erg afgelegen, in een ongezellige kantoorwijk zonder leuke retaurantjes of sfeer. Pas op bij rugcrawl in het zwembad, hou rekening met de overgang bij het binnenbad. Die is nl laag waardoor ik mijn flink hand bezeerde tegen de onderzijde. Het poolmeisje die de hele dag op een stoel vastgeplakt zit reageerde amper...
