Very comfortable bed, perfectly clean, excellent location, short walk to Metro station.
The overall friendliness of the Metro employees
The concierge wasn't very helpful
Convenient location - right next to the Metro for DC and free Trolly Bus service for Alexandria stops close by. Great staff - friendly and excellent service. Very clean and comfortable rooms.
Close to the Metro and terrific Old Town shops and restaurants. Starbucks in the lobby. Would definitely stay here again.
This hotel was right across the street from a metro station which was very convenient for sight seeing in DC. It was clean and comfortable.
We wished the room had a microwave.
I did not like the fact that I had to pay for parking each day- or rather it would have helped me to know that bit of information at the time I booked
comfort and ambiance
no pool, no breakfast, and parking is too expensive
Close to the Station
Location is good .
Parking is difecuilt to get in and out. House keeping is not on time Loopy and breakfast are bad
Good location on King Street.
Loved being across the street from the Metro and on King Street...so convenient to everything. We love walking down to the river, even stopped at Tapas Bar late on Sat. night felt safe even at that late hour. We had stayed there before, two years ago and returned this year because we were so happy with the Hilton. We have used it as a place to meet up with friends from other states and will do so again!!!!
Nothing we loved it!
Beautiful hotel, comfortable room, convenient location
Service in bar and restaurant were terrible. No pool or spa for relaxation.
Quiet location , Starbucks in lobby - easy access to National Harbor just a short cab ride . This was perfect spot to get away from large conference being held at national harbor location . Short walk to nice shops and restaurants
If I'm honest the food in hotel restaurant was just so so . Ordered cheese burger well done on my way to airport - it was raw and cold in middle when I got it - sent it back and 25 minutes later received a piece of charcoal - I am pretty sure it's why I tested positive for " explosive material" on my hands at airport security a short time later
concierge was quite helpful each day
difficult internet access lack of food facilities
location to metro, 395 and old town
really like being close to the Metro and King St. King St has alot to chose from far as restaurants and neat shops. We ate at Hard Times Cafe & Landini Bros. Both excellant
Location, location!! Close to everything we wanted to see and do. The evening concierge was wonderful making our dinner reservations and making sure we were well taken care of. Thank you!!
Proximity to Amtrak and Metro were awesome. Just across the street.
Needed a guest laundry after getting caught outside in downpour. Had to use laundry at Hampton Inn down the street.
We didn't arrive until 5 am, after being delayed in traffic for 4 hours. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, giving us a late checkout and waiving our parking fee. The location was perfect being so close to the metro and shops-We will definitely stay again!
I like the location and the amenities at Hilton
the hallway carpets on the 7th floor and the carpets in the restaurant and starbucks area were dirty
It was clean and luxurious. The staff was accommodating.
Wifi was around $15 per day per device. I also would have liked a microwave in the room.
location and cleanliness
noisey renovations during day
Restaurant and Starbucks were nice to have in the lobby. The room and bathroom were very spacious and nicely laid out. The bed was also very comfortable (clearly someone spent some time and effort designing the bedding). Internet speed was good and staff was very pleasant and helpful. Note that the Metro station is just across the street (I didn't notice any train noise but my room was not facing the street) and if you don't need a car, seriously consider using the Metro instead and avoid the parking charges
Parking and internet access were more expensive than other area hotels but that aside, I'd still stay here again.
