This Anaheim hotel is within a 10-minute walk of Disneyland. The hotel offers a hot daily breakfast, free on-site parking and an outdoor swimming pool.
Score from 465 reviews Good
Very nice staff and good facilities. Lot's of nice cafe and restaurants around in walking distance.
i had a couple of unknown charges to my card from the hotel and no one could tell me what they were for.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room and beds were fine. Grateful for Starbucks in lobby.
First was long wait at check in; not enough attendants to help those checking in @ 10 p.m. Second, half of the elevators weren't running and the hotel was full of guests attending conventions. We ended up using the service elevator most of the time. Third, I don't feel I should have to pay for wi-fi when I stay at any hotel. It should be a convenience to guests. Fourth, hotel guests should be given a discount on the $16/day for parking. Last, shower curtain was terrible and allowed water to spill out onto the floor.
Proximity to Disneyland, clean hotel
Free shuttle to Disneyland is gone, no free internet, room service ends extremely early and television check-out is not available for the average traveler. Very ridiculous not to allow everyone to check-out with the Television.
Because hotel near to Disney land
Wifi was very poor
Staff was very accomodating. They even sent up cookies and milk with birthday card for our daughters' birthday.
Old carpet, scratched paint, uncaulked tile in shower, crushed lampshade, etc....
I did not a $50 credit
Lots of hidden fees.. For example we had to pay 12.95 a day for wifi. 16 dollars a day for parking, bed sheets were dirty, phone service was terrible always sent me to messages, bathroom door didnt have a lock, maid sercive didnt knock on our door just decided to barge in!!
Restaurant, food was good. Large party was extremely loud and disruptive. Asked waiter to change tables and his response was it was loud everywhere. Hotel did sent up continental breakfast next morning, which was very nice. It would have been nice if manager had asked loud party to keep it down a bit. Other than that issue everything else met our needs.
This hotel was only a short walk to the Disney parks. A large hotel that suits just coming back to sleep (great Hilton bed) & racing back to the parks, the next day.
We just stayed at Hilton Union Square (SFO) & Doubletree Suites, managed by Hilton in Santa Monica. The Hilton Anaheim, we disliked the most. The rooms are quite old fashioned and "tired" looking. The carpet is a horrible brown that did not feel very nice. The bathroom is pretty basic. So many rooms and such a massive hotel, it is quite impersonal.
Walking distance to Disney, nice rooms but no mini fridge and no free wifi. Lobby is nice, breakfast buffet and bar were great. Pool area is decent. It's in the shadow of the hotel mostly - not much sun.
No free wifi in rooms/too expensive for wifi. No mini fridge.
Bed Room size Coffee/tea options Pretty hotel Good guest service
Toilet backing up Smell in bathroom Water from sink looked like milk
Location Prompt and courteous in-room dining staff. Their professionalism and customer service was exactly what I expect when I visit a Hilton property. In addition, the registration staff also did an exceptional job. As a Hilton Honors member, it is this level of customer service I expect as I determine which company I will utilize for my travels.
Bathroom was dirty (Hair from previous guest on the floor and in the bathtub) Smell of Mildew permeated throughout the room. Elevators are far from room. Even though signs are posted to use service elevators, that is not the level of customer service I am expecting from a Hilton property. With SO many service elevators, it would be feasible to refurbish half of them and use them for guest elevators. The lack of elevators was evident in that none of my elevator rides had fewer than 10 people. Separate charge for wi-fi? Just include an extra 10 dollars on the room fee.
The hotel is extremely convenient if you are attending an event at the convention center. It is back away from the street so it is fairly quiet as well. The location is great for nearby restaurant options.
Room wasn't in top shape to merit the price. Mirror in bathroom was in disrepair, wallpaper was wrinkled/tearing in places, and TV was tiny for a king room. I work for a Fortune 15 company and they "couldn't find the discount" in their system, even though it is never a problem elsewhere.
Taxi to SNA airport did not honor the rate stated on coupon given to us by hotel. Driver said he didn't understand how to enter the stated amount into fare??? Needless to say very frustrating!
I liked that we had a spacy room, where as most rooms feel small, this room actually had a lot of walking space. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The furniture was nice too. It was a short walk to Disneyland from the hotel and there is a CVS and 7-Eleven on the corner. The hotel also has a small food court and gift shop. We needed both amenities while we were out there! The hotel staff was extremely friendly. One night, as they were walking out after work, 2 employees still managed to smile at me even when they weren't in uniform. Front desk was very nice and the room was ready by 3 pm!
I paid for a Disney view. They should not even sell those rooms because honestly you don't get a view at all. I was looking at the rooftop of the next building with a small glimpse of the back drop of California Adventure Park. Maybe it becomes a view when the fireworks go off, but im in the park when that happens anyways. I also didn't like that I didn't get a microwave or a fridge for the money I spent on the room.
Beds very comfy Luxuries hotel amenities Shuttle that goes to Disneyland every 20 min ($5 round trip) Free Wifi Super Clean and quite
Disneyland Ticket counter attendant very rude Buffet Breakfast pricey ($25 per person) Paid Self-Park ($16 per day)
Overall stay was good ... Didnt like that there was no fan in the bathroom and the smoke detector lit up the whole room when trying to smeep. Walls between rooms are very thin and was up late with noisy neighbors every night. Room was clean and beds comfortable.
Everything was comfortable and easy!! We had a great night sleep and were refreshed and ready for Disneyland!!!
I did wish the Starbucks in the lobby had breakfast sandwiches.
Staff very friendly
Rooms too small
Friendly, personable staff. Great room with view of Disney. Very clean, quiet. Friendly bar and great food in restaurant. All the amenities you could ask for at a very reasonable price. Huge hotel, but run very efficiently with great service.
The room was clean and the view of Disneyland park was ok but your so far away it doesn't matter. The staff were friendly.
There are alot of hidden fees! No complimentry breakfast, WIFI cost extra, parking is in a giant seperate parking structure that you have to take a seperate elevator and pay a seperate fee of $16 a day! In the end you pay the same price for a name brand hotel that has nothing special to it as you would pay for a hotel that has lots of perks and just as well made up that is directly accross the street from the Park. I would not recommend this hotel because you are just paying for the name.
I was very happy with the clean room and the room service. Also stop by the ladies salon..a very helpful hairdresser.
