Score from 97 reviews Very good
Love having a Starbucks on site. Distance to Disneyland not too bad. Great hours and products in the gift shop.
No fan in the tiny bathroom! Bedding on the pull-out sofa was dirty. Had to call for towels, Ice bucket liner, shampoo and conditioner, and regular coffee for the in-room coffee maker. All pillows and comforters were down filled and we woke up every morning with allergies. Curtain pulls were broken so the curtains could not be closed completely causing a lazer beam in the room. The stairwell next to our room was very noisy off and on throughout the night. Expensive Wi-Fi and Parking!
THE COMFORT OF THE BED AND THE GREAT CUSTOMER CONCERN AND THEY HAVE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.
THE ROOM WAS NOT AS CLEAN AS I EXPECTED FOR THE PRICE AND QUALITY THAT I KNEW IN MY PAST STAYS.
Last time we had a great time.so we choose to stay there again but this time we didn't had a great service
The room smell like cigarettes smell and they came to spray but didn't help. my daughter the next day wake up weesing and not feeling good. I was not happy this time.
Very good clean place Good beds Nice view Good staff
The only thing that is quit far from disneyland unless you like walking and don't have young kids with you
Location, bed was comfortable
Walk in shower
Location was great right next to the convention center where I attended a conference.
Hotel and room were well worn and aged. Loose shower handle and funky sliding makeshift bathroom door were uncomfortable. View of Disneyland with view of ugly roof and large air compressor units was a real turn off. Also room was next to maintenance garbage chute so the noise was bad during the day. A real low class experience for a Hilton.....never again.
Took to long to exit the parking lot tv did not work properly bathroom toliet was not cleaned prior to arrival. Not enough towels
Location is great and the hotel is beautiful but when you can cleary hear someone talking from the next room it's disappointing.
Could hear everything through the walls! Super disappointed.
Jacuzzi had way too much chlorine. The fumes were burning my eyes.
Hotel location was good
There was a blood on the bed sheet also when they cleaned the room they didn't change the bed sheet. In addition, they didn't provide the room with sleeper
There was a safe in the room and big king size bed. The staff was polite. The rooms were very clean. The bed was comfortable.
I had assumed the room had a balcony and a clear view of Disneyland. Although I paid an extra $50, it dıd not worth it. While booking the room, they are presenting it as if it is worth it and you could get clear view. Also when asked to the personnel about a balcony, they said they had few rooms with balcony. Dont give an extra $50 for a room with Disney view.
rooms were lovely and very clean staff v helpful excellent in room dining menu breakfast v nice location great for disneyland plenty of parking
25 dollars for breakfast was a bit pricey, even though it was nice! The outside swimming pool was too cold (even though was heated) so noone was in it which was a waste
The location was good maybe a 10 min walk to Disneyland and 7/11 on the corner was very handy.
The shower was terrible big shower head with a wide spray over a small bath makes a wet floor!! It was very hard to rinse your hair or yourself.
The staff was helpful and friendly. The selction of places in the food court was nice.
The hotel was in very poor condition very run down. The rooms were filthy. My first room had coffee grounds spilled all over the bed and nightstand and there were dirt spots on a couple spots of the comforter as well. The second room I had that I had upgraded to on the 5th floor was dirty as well there were black flakes of some sort in the bed under the pillow closest to the middle nightstand and hair on the bathroom floor. For this to be a Hilton hotel in a tourist area being right down the street from Disneyland I expected a lot better. It was definitely not worth what I paid for.
the fact that the room did not have a mini-fridge. I have stayed at motels and places half the cost which provided one. Just would have been nice. Otherwise, very enjoyable
The pool area, the servers, the transportation available to Disneyland.
Did not like paying $16 a day for parking at the hotel.
Good court closes early
It's close to Disneyland.
Worst hotel we've stayed so far in American. Huge lobby tiny room. No frige. No microwave. No shampoo! Tap water tasts strange. Only lobby has free WIFI, and speed is terrible. Parking charges. Everything you need charges, that's what they focus on!
door handle of bathroom broken, not enough towels, no fan in bathroom and staff was not friendly
Everything was very easy with booking, and there were no surprises. The room was very clean and comfortable, and I slept really well! I also liked that there were food options in the hotel so I didn't have to drive somewhere else to get good food.
The bathtub faucet was a little loose and the drain stopper didn't work very well, but that didn't ruin my stay at all.
Size of room, Clean Breakfast
Too business orientated Sterile feel Poor layout
The position is very very easy to reach Disneyland. The hotel is cheap compared to its level. The room were large and quiet. You can find a Starbucks inside the hotel and then get a shuttle (not free) to get the park
Great location, can walk to Disney or catch regular shuttle past many restaurants. Convenient also to buy Disney tickets on site. Good pool and jacuzzi
Great facilities and swimming pool
There was a convention the day we got to the hotel so eight elevators were not enough for all the traffic
Large reception, good facilities. Swimming pool
Expensive and have to pay for everything as optional extra, e.g. breakfast, soft drinks, in-room snacks. Fridge was full of their items which is all chargeable. I'd have preferred an empty fridge so I could load what I wanted.
