The pool area with the water playground was perfect for the young children. And, easy access to Disneyland,

The bathtub drain was very slow.

the staff was very pleasant and very helpful the hotel was clean and quiet i will defentaily stay here again .they are family and children friendley they even had a water park for the kids it was very awsome. me and my family loved our vacation.

How friendly and accomodating the staff was.

That Starbucks ran of breakfast food first thing in the morning and when asked if there was food in the back they said no...only to watch them put out food as we were leaving.

Charged for fitness room and everytime you did anything they were holding out there hand!! I would never stay here again, worst value I have ever seen for the money!! And I travel allot!

-DIRTY OLD CARPET -unheated pool/ playpool (we had to take our kids out because they were freezing) -unlocked bathroom -bathtub clogged. drains so slow -wifi fee -parking fee

It was in a good location.

In the pictures hotel looks very nice, but not true at all. Bathroom was dirty very simple. Pool bar and gill was never open. Halls looks like if you were walking to a motel. Room service made was nocking at the door around 8am even if you had the not disturb sing up. Not happy for the money I pay!!!

I did not sleep for the two nights because of an event which had kids partying in the halls all night. For the same reason I couldn't get on the elevators for several minutes. My room was still not ready at 6:30 PM upon check-in.

I liked the location and we really enjoyed the soft fluffy pillows.

There was no hot water in the morning! During our stay, there was a teenager convention and they were everywhere . Noise level was high and the pool/jacuzzi were extremely full . Husband and I didn't get a chance to relax before our Disneyland outting.

The location and view of Disneyland was amazing.

The third night of our stay, the hotel became crowded and loud with some type of group.

The staff was attentive and friendly. The facility had plenty of conveniences.

Internet access was obscenely expensive (this is a free service at many of the lesser expensive hotels). We had to pay for a shuttle to the parks which again is free at other hotels.

The staff was very friendly and helpful to all of our needs as a family.

I didn't like the fact that I had to leave so soon.

good clean hotel with good facilities in great location - 10 minutes walk to Disney. Lots of places to eat nearby if you don't want to stay in hotel.

Efficient Check-Out

This hotel is a rip-off. You pay the basic price and they will charge you for everything else: 1) parking - USD 16/day 2) gym - USD 16/person/day 3) wife - USD 15/device/day 4) breakfast - USD 25/person/day At the end, we ended up with extras much higher than the basic price, even if not clearly advertised. On top of that, an extremely BUSY hotel, the lobby was also crowded, the staff (especially in the parking) was very rude. Corporate parties with very loud music running until very late. A definitive NO GO, be careful !!!

They incorrectly billed me on checkout even though I was told everything was okay. Frustrating!

De service was auful, thei say it was because of the seson th ehotel was full , in the site they sed it was cluse to disneylasn, but in fact it was close to the convention center, sou for disney it is more spensive because you have to take ider taxi or bus to get to the parck

Free WiFi was advertised....I Was unable to connect so had to pay for it. There were no drinking glasses in the room, only paper coffee cups. I called for glasses and were told they'd be delivered but they never were in 2 days.

Location and comfortable bed and pillows.

Room service was super busy so they took a little long. But then credited me 50% so that made up a little for the wait.

Being in a room next to the elevators for 4 days! No vending (snack) machines. $53/Day city tax? No shuttle service to the amusement parks!

Our room had a great view of Disneyland and later in the evening my children enjoyed Disney's firework show from the comfort of our room! It's great to have the Anaheim Hilton within walking distance to the Anaheim Convention Center and Disneyland!
