Comfortable rooms, amazing building
Such an expensive hotel and you need to pay for your wifi in the room???? shame Location - Without a car you're in the middle of the nowhere. Rude young lady at check-in without any patience to help.
Everything was well.
It was Valentines Day abs they only had TWO people working the front desk. It took forever to get checked in. Then they have me access to the wrong room. After putting my things down, the bell boy told me that I needed to move to another room. How embarrassing and time consuming.
We like the Hotel. It is a very pretty piece of property. Sraff is nice.
We dont like the check in. We have been there twice and seems we have to check in first before it is decided where car will be parked for valet parking. We are use ti just driving up and the staff meeting us at car and we hand them the keys, they take our luggage and we check in and off we go to our room. It is not a smooth transition once we get there from time we get out of our car to our room. Don't think we stay there again. It ashame cause it is a pretty facility.
The room was great and comfortable.
Watch out eating at the bars in the hotel, they are expensive and I got charged twice! There is a room surcharge that they hold and didn't tell me about.
Staff, food was horrible, I told the spa I was sick and they charged me...
We liked everything about the hotel - the staff was friendly and very helpful and the room we had just been remodeled and was very nice.
No bad experiences - but we do enjoy a drink or two at the bar and their drinks at the bars were too expensive.
Have been staying at this hotel for over 20 years. Seems the hotel has gone down hill each time I go back. Especially the last 3 years.
Bed was comfortable and view of downtown was amazing
Pay $ for parking sucked!
Wifi and the time it took for the hot water to warm up.
Good Location, close to highway and 15 minutes walk to metro station.
Gym and pool were not included
My estranged wife was able to convince an employee to disclose my room and my guest. Did not go down well for me.
Me and my family enjoyed this hotel and its beauty of the interior-lots of beautiful artwork!! There were many choices of foods to eat with the restaurants on site. Also was fairly close to take out like Denny's and McDonalds for kiddos
I didnt like the fact that we had a refrigerator in our room and couldn't use it bc the sign on it stated we would be automatically charged it was open.. We had our own drinks but couldn't refrigerate them bc of this restriction...
If you stay here please note the hotel will charge you $19 for parking plus if you open your refrigerator they will charge you $13 more each day. It took me 20 minutes in line to check into the room.
Loved the cleanliness of the hotel, got changed to another room due to some booking issues with another guest but they lowered the price for my new room a bit.
Wasn't told about paid parking before booking my stay.
Room was spacious.
Pay for parking, pay for wifi, no refrigerator. I know this is a high end place but I get more for my money at a much less expensive hotel. $16 for a pulled pork sandwich and fries, really? Will not stay there again.
Huge complex--several choices for restaurants, many shops. Food excellent. Decorated very nicely. Good rates. Easy access to freeway. Nice Parking area. Hotel room quiet! Fast check-out through phone.
Long roped-off lines at check-in. Took almost a half-hour to get to desk. There were about 10 check-in stations; but only three staff members checking people in. Management needs to improve this. Parking too expensive and they charge tax on the parking.
Everything!!!! Easy booking!!!
it was like a mini vegas without the gambling (:
The shower head... Was weak and took 15 mins to heat up!
Room & food very good. All staff very attentive.
Water pressure not very good & water took along time to heat up.
The room was big, bathroom was nice, it was quiet
No microwave, no refrigerator, not enough electrical plugs. On the second night there, we couldn't get into the parking area, due to the street being blocked for a race. We weren't told about this earlier.
No complimentary parking and the daily prices were so much. There is a loud ongoing music in the lobby and you may hear it from the rooms. Complimentary Wifi was only in the Lobby and room access charge is very expensive! Rooms are old. So nothing worths the expensive price you are giving in.
I like it all
The room selection. We were put in the corner of the building with a view of a large piece of equipment
