Staff! Excellent customer service, gracious and efficient. Really care about patrons needs and comfort. And u still have smoking rooms for safety of senior citizens. Thank you. Not one thing! Great stay.

Zentrale Lage Schlechter Standard fuer Hilton, die Einrichtung ist abgewohnt, Wifi muss man extra bezahlen, winzig kleines Fruehstuecksbuffet

Thank you, DJ, the manager, for the hand written note of apology and the complimentary bottle of champagne that awaited our return that evening. If it wasn't for his efforts we would've left. Wrong room, no vallet, room keys that didn't work, housekeeping at 8am, a family across the hall whose kids were screaming and running up and down the hall and the couple yelling at each other, etc. The facility was great, a beautiful hotel in a good location. However if we had known so many little issues would present itself during our one night stay we would've taken out money elsewhere and probably found less issues for less money.
