Stay was too short!
Friendly staff Location Cleanliness
My experience at your property was truly amazing! I work in the hotel industry myself, and I can assure you that my experience at your property was 100% great, all your associates were very friendly, and courteous. Thank you for focusing on service at all times.
I stayed a few days only!
Staff was very nice and excellent. Very helpful!
Baseball game ended after 10:00. Arrived at restaurant and within 5 minutes of receiving food, was advised it was closing.
I liked the room over all
Bedding was worn and stained
Location, Clean, Helpfull staff and always with a smile. Room was spacious and clean, bead was very comfertable.
I would have liked the pool to have opened earlier than 9am, it would have been a good time for me. Very insignificant point realy!!
Always very clean. The transit guy was very helpful and a good quick driver. Can't remember his name. Young dark complexion and very informative. Give him a raise!!
I think breakfast should be included in all stays. More people would dine there for other meals just because they are given an included breakfast. Also vending machines on the 16th floor didn't offer much. Then when we went to the front desk to buy a pop it was double the vending machine price. After going that much further out of my way to get a drink I sure the heck didn't want to pay more to get it. It is the same size bottle and everything. We instead got 3 pops for the price of 1.5 pops at the hotel by stopping at the gas station before going back to our room. Also I didn't like being charged $10 per person to be dropped off 2 blocks from the baseball game when the hotel is only 6 blocks or so away. You have posted free transit within 3-4 miles so why is the game the exception. I love hilton hotels and generally stay through hilton when traveling. I did however disagree with the extra charges and no meals especially when paying $400 cash for 2 nights stay.
Bar/ Restraunt open later. Microwaves in rm. Especially suites. Garden tubs would really be appealing for value and comfort for myself and other guests
The staff was so friendly
Everything was very nice.
I thought rooms were nice and the staff were very helpful. They called cabs for me and they were insightful on locations to dine.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Our first time in Dallas, went to football game. They helped us with taxis and restaurants.
Close to Stadium and room was very nice.
Room was modern , well appointed and very clean. Food was good and restaurant personnel were excellent.
Front desk personnel were rude at best, and more concerned with texting than customer service. Lounge/bar was not a nice place to have a drink. Bar manager obviously caters to his local friends and not to guests. Do not go the the bar at night!
Comfortable beds, good water pressure in the showers
We arrived at 5:00pm and our room was not ready. We had to leave for the lsu game with all of our luggage in the car. Didn't get in the room til midnight. Also, our debit card had charges on it from the hilton that we did not authorize. Tried to call the hilton and the phone rang for about 15 minutes, with no answer. Never got in touch with them. So we had to call and cancel our debit card and are waiting for another one. The breakfast is way over priced.
