the parking and the shuttle ride from the airport

Everything was fine. They also extended my check-out time by an hour as I was late getting in from the semi's of the Final Four

Did not like the fact that I could not connect to the internet despite inputting my Hilton HHonors number and passcode. I tried repeatedly and ended up very frustrated. Did not like the fact that one of the treadmills in the fitness facility did not work and was not labeled as being out of order.

The stay was nice and staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Front desk staff was very rude n unprofessional also I had to call three times let the phone ring over 6 times each call to ask for security on our floor

Devon on the front desk was most helpful Larry and William were professional and caring but we did not hear back from this hotel about the issue.

The fact that we heard nothing about the issue (they have a mobile number for us and we are still in the US) belittled our experience

Nice big room. Very friendly staff. Simple check out service. Excellent breakfast. Shuttle to airport great (from less so).

Lack of information in international arrivals meant a long hike around the airport by shuttle before catching your courtesy bus. Expensive Wi- Fi - I hate this - though you're not the only ones doing it in the States - its bizarre though in 2013. Confusing pay tv that billed me for a movie I didn't watch (staff subsequently removed it from the bill - great staff!)

Comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent walk in shower and good toiletries. Club level facilities were very reasonable, good choice and quality of basic breakfast options and good service.

Soundproofing not great, could hear aircraft noise at night and from corridors and adjoining rooms.

Efficient, clean and good value

Not worth the money! Personnel was not friendly nor inviting..when returning to Atlanta I have no intentions on staying at the Hilton.

I was shocked to find out that it cost me $24 to ,park my car. That is pure greed. I only stayed one night. To get a free cup of coffee, one had to go to the 17th floor in the morning. No one on staff told us this. No continental breakfast. Would I ever stay at a Hilton Hotel again? Most likely not!

Clean rooms

Staff was rude, uninformative, unfriendly, over charged us for room and did not disclose what was being charged on card before putting it on file. Was very hard to understand staff because no one spoke English. Wait time and service was horrible in all restaurants in bar. Had to wait almost 30 minutes before getting greated. Will not stay or recommend to anyone. Easily the worst experience ever.

One young man at the front desk was very helpful. the room was clean and comfortable.

The man who checked us in was rude, slow, and did not communicate anything about the hotel. The parking gate was broken. We got stuck and could not get out for almost 15 minutes. The hotel bar was disgusting and smelled of sour beer and bleach to cover it up.

Clean, close to the airport.

Sheets had an overwhelming smell of bleach - not good! The italian restaurant - the halibut was way overcooked (dry!!), however the strawberry/argula salad and the tomato basil salad were very good.

Reservation was incorrect but staff quickly remedied the situation.

Location and space to work

Having to pay extra for internet -should be included in the hotel fee - even budget hotels offer free wifi - a MAJOR annoyance. Also our room was next to the elevator and the noise kept us awake most of the night

The room service was great. The shower was great. The carpet felt luxurious. That we were able to book from www.booking.com for a great price at the last minute.

That we couldn't stay longer and enjoy the amenities.

No mini bar

Room was attractive and we slept well. Beautiful shower, no tub.

Had to pay $12 to park the night we stayed. If we had parked there when we flew out of town (as planned), it would have cost $16/day which was more than parking at the airport.

I found the hotel to be very outdated and not as nice as most of the Hiltons that I have stayed in the past
